The tranquility and the feel that was not packed with people.

No room service after hours. I needed some medication or coconut water and nothing was done about it and there are no drugstores nearby. There were stray dogs and cats around, a big threat to wildlife in the restinga area.

Beautiful place, clean and unique accommodation

Was quiet when we were there but it would have been nice to have an option of another restaurant

The hotel was well equiped (lovely spacious rooms with great bathroom), great entertainment, excellent food and warm attentive staff. The spa was excellent and there were bokes for us to ride around the local village outside of the hotel. The hotel never felt full and we had a lovely calm days despite there being families with children, who also seemed to have everything they wanted. It was great for couples or for families. I would go back there again wuth my wife and perhaps take my adult kids too.

No drinks in the minibar in the room so as our room was far, when we wanted something it was a long walk. No waiter service in the small swimming pool which was a place we loved to stay. It was not a big problem but it would have been nice to have some service there or someone to look after the guests at this area of the hotel.

Incredible place to stay. The equipment, pools, private beach, amazing staff. I came for 1 night we stayed 4 nights . What a staff! Outstanding people from the front desk to the restaurant, and the best Mr PIPO , ( el major del mundo😁) who will be pleased to serve you like kings and queen...keep all the good job..you deserve 20/10

A great place to spend the weekend in a beautiful farm style hotel, close to the beach.

The place is beautiful, peaceful and comfortable, in a beach that is almost private.

The staff is kind, but need a training to work is a bit more professional way. The bed made noise when you moved.. The hotel does not offer much activities and you can't find many options in the city either. The food is ok and in one evening we had to wait more than an hour for a dinner. We run out of power for a night and a part of a morning.

Customer service was good

Beer selection was limited and dinner service was extremely slow. When my plate arrived it was already cold .

Charming amenity spaces and bedroom

Service quality gradually/daily decreased. We were actually glad to be leaving by the last day/stay. It took almost two days for us to get a welcome message from the front desk with their contact for questions/requests/updates. Food that is included in the day could be better, specially when it comes to dinner. Whatever they served for lunch at their restaurant (paid) was infinitely better than what is included in the stay for dinner. Drinks are great when you arrive, but by the 4th and 5th day they can barely be called that, but you still pay the same. It was very disappointing overall. Not worth the price. It seems your getting a lot from what your paying, but in reality you’re not. Do not recommend and won’t be returning.
