Excellent staff, specially Mr. Rahul Pradhan, F&B Captain. He went out of his way to make us feel homely and welcome. We also want to thank you for helping with the room changes, which obviously was not expected in any normal hotels. Also great hospitality from front desk staff (sorry, I could not remember the names), but 2 ladies and one gentleman, who were always helpful. I had some paperworks to be printed and they went out of their way to help me and my wife do that favor. Thank you from the heart.
If there is one thing to pick, it is Location, Location, Location. But perhaps this also depends on which room you are assigned because all rooms may not have the same view of the town and mountains as the rooms we stayed. We loved the room and the comfort it provided as well as cleanliness and complimentary coffee/tea.

Very hearty breakfast . Approach road is a bit narrow but the hotel compensates for it.The night view of Kalimpong town from the hotel is beautiful.

The view from the dining area was amazing. The food was tasty and reasonable. The staff were friendly and courteous.
The The hotel management should consider renovating or properly maintaining the rooms (ground floor). The bathroom also needs to be renovated .

Caretaker Ronald was very helpful and always served with a smile. Room service was also excellent and punctual.
Hotel staff, mainly their front desk receptionist seemed a bit confused, unorganized and not that much professional. However their behaviour was good.

Its pretty expensive. Nothing is wrong about the property , just if you got good budget it is perfect place to stay and relax
