In a quiet area, with an easy walking distance to De Koog and to the beach. Very thoughtful staff to have put a little note with some chocolates in our room, for one person in our group who was celebrating their birthday. In addition to this they decorated our breakfast table for the birthday person as well. Delicious breakfast with a nice variety of items to choose from.

Upon booking via booking.com a credit card was used, so all the funds from each member of the group was put onto the credit card to make paying easier. However when we needed to check out the hotel did not accept credit card as a payment option. Thankfully the hotel was prepared for this and provided an invoice which we easily settled once we arrived home. I don’t recall reading on the booking confirmation that paying by credit card is not possible and that it’s only for making the booking, might be good to include this to prepare international visitors, who more often than not would use a credit card.

Nice variety at the breakfast buffet and very kind personnel. The bed mattress was too soft for me and my partner agreed on that. Location was vet good. We used public transport and then walk for 10 min but was doable. Also 10min walk from the town square with all the shops someone would need.

The bathroom ventilation was not sufficient and becomes very wet when someone has a shower

A great hotel on Texel with a relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff and beautiful design! Our room was comparably large, had a beautiful view across the countryside and a bathtub. We loved the breakfast (many options, scrambled eggs, fresh bread etc.) - one of the best we ever had in a hotel. Dinner was also very delicious! Kids take pleasure in the trampoline and we also highly recommend both the wonderful wellness area as well as the beautiful bar. Plus, you can charge your electric car right in front of the hotel. We will definitely return.

Even though you can rent bikes for adults directly at the hotel, unfortunately, they don't have any bikes for kids. So we went to DeKoog, which was no problem. Options à la carte are a bit limited, so we switched to the 4-course dinner (and were not disappointed by the quality of the food). Yet, it took a while to get through.

- No "do not disturb" sign available; I don't like my room being cleaned unless it is a long term stay - TV was not able to connect to the internet (was on the correct wifi but with no internet access), so Netflix/YouTube did not work on it

Hotel Boschrand was a great place for us, it was not far to the center of the local town and the supermarkets and it was very quiet. It is a nice base to explore Texel. The beach with sand dunes is just a short walk away. I highly recommend the hotel and we would love to visit again. Also the breakfast was so nice with many foods to choose from.

The hotel can be easily reached by the bus with a shirt walk. The staff was very friendly, easy check in procedure and our room was earlier ready than expected. Very good breakfast with salty and sweet alternatives and both cold and hot dishes. Very quiet during night. We also had a balcony with a small table and chairs and a nice view. It is near to the beaches and the dune park, and a shirt bike trip to Ecomare. You can also park your bike.

centrally located, quiet location (not much traffic), good spot to place our bikes and park the car for free. Walking distance to the Koog. Dinner was nice, quick service, friendly staff.

We had mozzies in the room, outdoor light on the balcony seemed centrally organized which, for a light sleeper like myself, wasn't entirely ideal. No airconditioning in the room, though we didn't miss it as the weather was cool as it was.

The hotel is very comfortable and well located. We could walk to the village of De Koop, to the beach, to Ecomare. A good base for exploring Texel. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice.

Limited offers for dinner, but one can easily walk to De Koop.

Awesome. Great location, parking outside, accomodating owners , friendly staff, great breakfast and our doggy was welcomed... Highly recommended and we shall definitely return.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. Good breakfast. Nice bar/lobby where you can enjoy some drinks. The location is good. Possible to rent (electric) bikes. Free parking.
