By far the best place we stayed during our Chile round trip. The staff was very professional and spoke excellent English, which made everything easy. Our room was beautiful and comfortable, with a lovely terrace offering views of the pool, the city, and the sea.

On the downside, breakfast was disappointing — both the selection and the taste could be improved. The hotel is in a higher price class, but overall the quality of the stay and service was worth it.

The staff were unbelievably helpful and courteous! We have had a lot of issues with cancellations and fraud while travelling through Chile but the reception staff went out of their way to help us get everything fixed and book tours to still see the sights. It was honestly the first time in our Chile travels that we finally did not feel stressed out! The restaurant staff were also amazing and the food was incredible! There were other restaurants attached to the hotel patio which were to die for! All the food and drinks were fantastic and very large! The pools were large and relaxing. The rooms were so comfortable and quiet. The gym was huge and not too busy during the day. Laundry services were available and fairly prompt. From the hotel we were able to hire a driver for several hours to go visit the museum and see the mummies and geoglyphs which was unbelievable! The people here were so lovely and this was such a relaxing break during our 3 week tour of Chile.

This hotel truly was amazing but the outdoor pool was just a pigeon watering hole which made sitting outside by the pool rather unpleasant. Something more should be done to deter the pigeons. Also the sauna area was rather unclean in the wet sauna and the sauna room showers so we didn't stay there long. But there was a lot to do otherwise.

Comfortable bed. Hot water. The inside pool has a heater. The dry and wet sauna is a super plus. Access to a whole boulevard of restaurants. Is basically the best place you can stay in the region.

Breakfast can have more variety in terms of the hot plates. Some of us basically lunch for breakfast so it would be great a more complete option.

Pool and spa opening hours. Open till 22:00 could be later. Also the pool uses special passes for towels with risk of being fined if u lose the towel or pass. And it was necessary to wear a swimming cap which I would not expect this in a 5 star hotel because this takes away some comfort.

We stayed 1 night in February - as one of around 15 hotels around Latin America in similar price bracket, although this was at the top end of price. Large and modern - suite offered was an amazing room. Excellent breakfast. Restaurant offered a super meal. Pool facilities and spa provide many swimming opportunities.

The pool area is great and popular with guests, and also has many bird visitors. The hotel faces a challenge if it is going to keep all of its loungers useable by guests.

Excellent breakfast. Staff were super friendly and quite a few spoke English very well. Location is great - near to central market area and beach. We had some laundry done and we got back on the same day as we dropped off. Beds were probably most comfortable we’ve experienced in a while.

the pools and spa are great, loved the massages and spa service. Very good breakfast, but the service could be better during breakfast service, the waiters stand around and don't pick up the plates from tables.

The service during the breakfast buffet was not as expected by the quality of the hotel. The desserts on the buffet could be much better. Arica needs to look safer as a destination.

Excellent location, very nice sea and city view. Very good breakfast, very good restaurant, huge rooms, parking inside the building, in walking distance from the center.
