I liked that the property was clean, well-equipped with all necessary amenities, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious.

The walls were thin, so you could hear everything, and the coffee or tea in the room came with an extra charge.

The room is small but comfortable. Looks exactly like the photo. Everything is new. The breakfast is great. It’s one of the reason I choose this hotel every time. The coffee in the room is really tasty. But it is charged.

Very comfortable room and bed, good-sized shower and bathroom, extremely clean. Could regulate temperature in the room easily and effectively. Check in process was very smooth and hotel staff friendly both at reception and in the hotel restaurant. Breakfast varied enough to cater to the needs of most people. Nice touch the Italian coffee machine in the room for morning coffee (capsule are very reasonably priced as one espresso would be).

The room was a bit noisy - meaning noise from the corridor could be disturbing in the later part of the evening. Could benefit from thicker blinds at the window to screen the morning light better.

Clean relatively fresh hotel.

Super small rooms. Very very poor sound proof. Everything what's happening in the rooms around clearly hearing. The furniture not fit for the rooms. Very weak navigation inside and outside.

Very attentive staff, including restaurant team.

There is no body lotion. Will be better to have some options of fresh vegetables for breakfast, as were served only pickled ones.

The location is nice. Breakfast was ok. The room could have been a bit larger, the pass near TV is so narrow.

The receptionist didn't bother to tell us that the parking is not free of charge until we parked the car.

this is my favorite property in Ukraine. The room is uniquely classy. Breakfast is good too. Coffee maker in room.

I would suggest they give one cup of coffee a day complimentary in the room. Seems reasonable.

Good location to reach the center. For business is perfect. The hotel is also located in siilence area. Interiors are pretty new. Rooms quite large, clean. Standards respected for business trip. Personnel is professiona, speaks fluent english and provide necessary informations / support.

The name of the hotel says it all: "Light hotel". The problem in the rooms is just too much light shining through the windows in the morning. The curtains are very thin or in any case too much light comes in in the morning. It bothered me a little. I advise management to take action.

The hotel is situated in a quiet place near Dnepr river. It's modern with helpful staff. They have their own parking lot. And it seems to be working in full swing even during the war tie. Breakfast is rich.

The biggest disappointment was the nonfunctioning Wifi. A hotel of this scale should do much better to ensure the strength of signal all over the place.
