This place was nice, clean and quiet. The breakfast was better than some and the manager and staff were nice and accommodating. The room for morning breakfast was cool. They kept it as clean as possible. **Note I wrote an earlier review but It wasn't for this place...my bad so hopefully they got it deleted.

The bathroom showerhead needs to be higher, at least 6ft height and the handles need different faucets as the one we had didn't really shut off with turning it so hard that you were afraid to break them. Also, assorted pillow thicknesse would be nice. Ours were all too thick to find a decent one to use. Taller, bigger people it would be just fine.

Fantastic breakfast buffet with real food included in the room price, superb linens and pillows, and a generally welcoming, accommodating vibe. I liked the group gathering spaces designed into the hallways and balconies.

The tech and decor was generally nice although the bathroom needed an update. The GM mentioned that they’re about to go through $1 million renovation, so I look forward to visiting Arizona and Springerville again.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was massive, super comfortable, and clean. I felt very comfortable. I've been driving cross country and trying to stay at places under a hundred dollars a night. This was the first hotel on my trip within my budget where I didn't feel the need to block the door with a chair. I had a great nights sleep. The breakfast was an added plus.

The wifi went out during cloud coverage, but that was no one's fault, and ultimately not an issue. When I called the staff to ask about it, they were patient and nice.

The staff was friendly and courteous. The room and linen were clean. I had a warm shower. They have new mattresses. Beds are very comfortable. I enjoyed watching TV on large 50" TV. Check in and Check out was good.

I do not know why some of the reviews about the place are so bad? I liked the place and I will come back again.

We came here for a honeymoon night and everything about this place exceeded our expectations! The room was huge. Everything was so clean. Every staff member we delt with was kind and professional. Breakfast was really good and hot and ready.

Our stay was a great stay, there is nothing I would change about our experience!

The room was spacious and great!

We put a sign on the door for do not disturb and housekeeping came in anyways and didn’t shut the door all the way. When we returned the night of 4th of July after fireworks we were able to push the door open as it was cracked open. As of today we didn’t notice anything missing

Breakfast was great. Had many options. Only thing missing was a waffle maker.

the light between the beds was unplugged. There was a metal object, I want to say it was a staple, but it was much bigger, sticking out of the carpet that I stepped on. I really had to pull hard to get it our of the carpet.

The king suite. It was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the decor, the large bed and the jetted tub. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was delicious. And the price for Valentines weekend was within our budget.

Convenient location at crossroads of major hiway. Fridge and microwave included.

Bathroom fixtures were showing their age. Breakfast selections were good but no juice available and grounds in coffee.

Clean and all furnishings were in good repair. The included breakfast was substantial and included freshly cooked eggs, sausage, bacon, and many other choices. Great stay.
