The beautifull hotel has a large parking area, and at the entrance everything was decorated for Halloween. It created a nice effect in the lobby and throughout the hotel. When we went inside, the friendly ladies at the front desk immediately engaged with our 4-year-old son and were very kind and polite. We were also offered freshly baked oatmeal cookies, which were delicious. The room was perfect — clean, with great beds! It had two queen-size beds, a very large bathroom, and a brand-new showt. Everything in top condition.

The swimming pool looked bigger and more impressive than it did in real life. The entrance to the pool was difficult to locate due to a lack of signage. Clewiston is a small town, not much to do. ideal for a restful break during your journey to either Orlando or Miami.

The only concern that I had was the $75 per NIGHT accidental fee. I totally understand they have to protect their things and/or property. I just feel that it should be stated somewhere so people won't be caught by surprise like I was.

For the class of hotel that it is, the hotel itself was clean and very comfortable. Given the category of hotel that it is, it fulfilled it's pay grade. The receptionist was very nice and accommodating as well.

The breakfast food is unhealthy and I would not eat it

The staff was very friendly but it was hard to communicate with housekeeping being that they spoke little English

Our room was hot and the temperature set was not the actual temperature in the room. The front desk attendant was very courteous and came to our room to reset and adjust the air. It helped for awhile but later woke up hot again, but didn’t want to be a bother so we just dealt with it.

Breakfast was great. My check in experience was terrific! Your check-in associate was the best ever! I wish I had written her name down so I could make sure she was recognized for her great smile and positive attitude. The checck-in was on Saturday April 12 at Noon.

the beds where so hard and uncomfortable you could here the spring when u turn.. are backs where hurting so much in the morning ..they need to get better quality mattresses..

The modern esthetic and size of the bathroom

Need to make sure the coffee and juice and hot food doesn’t run out. We told the lady at the front desk coffee was out and they never brought any 🤷‍♀️

Bed was a bit too firm. Could use either more pillows or more firm pillows.

I always stay here when I come to visit family.

I don’t like when people bring their boats and take up parking spaces.
