Rooms had obviously been recently updated. Clean and spacious - we had a room with a queen bed and a single. Really comfortable bed, good facilities, and we liked the fact we could be parked outside the room. Excellent value for money, and one of the best motels we've stayed in!

The sign outside wasn't lit up, and so we ended up driving past it. However, this is only a minor inconvenience and likely a one off!

Clean and spacious for spending a night. Was quiet as had a room around the back off the street. Room had everything that I needed and was extremely clean. Bed was comfortable with good pillows. Best shower pressure. WIFI connected straight away and didn’t drop out as is often the case when staying somewhere. Staff were friendly and polite. Willa stay here again.

Was welcomed by Katee at reception and what a warm, friendly person she was. Straight away I felt my stay here was going to be perfect. The barbecue facilities were simply perfect. Clean and just a great location

Not one thing. It nearly would have been no hot water in the shower until my husband realised he was only turning on the cold water tap lol. Poor Ben (our host) even went and checked if the hot water fuse had flipped

This is a lovely motel. My room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, with good facilities, the staff are friendly and the BBQ area is great. Only 2 minutes drive to town, easy access and parking.

My room was down the end on the front and I was disturbed by the traffic noise and did not sleep well. I wish I had been given a room out the back

Motel is conveniently located on the outer limits of Inverell. The manager kindly gave us a ground floor unit as we had several heavy suitcases which would have been difficult to carry to the upstairs accommodation. A very clean and comfortable room.

Everything was of a good standard so nothing to complain about.

The staff were amazing, so friendly and very accommodating and welcoming. Also, the water was great in the shower - it was super warm and heated up faster than my shower back home. Room was very clean, smelt nice, towels changed daily, as well as bins. Beds were made daily too. BBQ area was also very nice to use. The overall experience was just great.

I guess this isn’t exactly something the motel can easily change, but it would’ve been nice to have a bigger sink in the bathroom with more bench space considering we also had to use it for any kitchen utensils. Also supplying hand wash and detergent would be helpful, but I’m sure these are supplied in rooms with an actual kitchen anyways. In the future, I’d probably just book a room at your motel with kitchen facilities!

The accommodation was really nice and the bed very comfortable. The service at the front desk was really great and made it super easy to check in and out. Basic amenities and they have cutlery and bowls etc in the room which was nice.

The location might have been a little far away IF you need to be close to things but if you have a car it is minutes away. I would stay here for multiple days if needed.

Really liked the quietness of the motel and the location. Very friendly reception staff and communication was excellent

Honestly can’t say there was anything I disliked, will definitely stay there again on the next visit to Inverell

The room met our needs very well, clean and well equipped . The fill-in manager couldn't do enough for us, and we enjoyed chatting with him. Although the motel was a little on the edge of town, we were able to catch a courtesy bus to a club nearby (Sporties)
