As I needed to commute to Glen Innes every day the location on the Eastern edge of town was advantageous. I was travelling with my elderly emputee father and having a room on ground level with the parking spot mere meters from the door was also good. The parking arrangements were easy to use and the room itself was clean and extremely comfortable. If I need to stay in Inverell again The Swans would cerrtainly be my first choice.

The lack of any milk in the fridge was the only problem I could think of as I Iike milk in my tea and coffee. Plus there were no forms to order breakfast in the morning to hand in the night before. As it turned I used none of these facilities, but the problems mentioned above were one reason I didn't.

Room and facilities were exactly as described. Room was vey clean. We had the King Executive room which has the bedroom separated from the lounge.

The air conditioner is mounted above the door and drips water onto the door step outside exactly where you walk out the door. Very minor issue. (The air conditioner worked fine and kept us warm all night.)

Friendly staff. Great bedding, Stayed warm on 3 degree night with no heater. Kettle, toaster and microwave in the room. Good size TV. Overall great.

Air conditioner had a small amount of mould below the unit. Some of the glasses were dirty. Tea bags were hit and miss. Parking out the back is unclear exactly where you can park.

Rooms had obviously been recently updated. Clean and spacious - we had a room with a queen bed and a single. Really comfortable bed, good facilities, and we liked the fact we could be parked outside the room. Excellent value for money, and one of the best motels we've stayed in!

The sign outside wasn't lit up, and so we ended up driving past it. However, this is only a minor inconvenience and likely a one off!

The location was great,for our needs. We had a spa room which was very clean and so was the spa.

Went to have a shower in the morning,it had great pressure but only no hot water,it was only warm even after running it for a couple of minutes so it wasn’t very enjoyable especially when it was only 1 degrees outside when we left.

Clean and spacious for spending a night. Was quiet as had a room around the back off the street. Room had everything that I needed and was extremely clean. Bed was comfortable with good pillows. Best shower pressure. WIFI connected straight away and didn’t drop out as is often the case when staying somewhere. Staff were friendly and polite. Willa stay here again.

This is a lovely motel. My room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, with good facilities, the staff are friendly and the BBQ area is great. Only 2 minutes drive to town, easy access and parking.

My room was down the end on the front and I was disturbed by the traffic noise and did not sleep well. I wish I had been given a room out the back

Was welcomed by Katee at reception and what a warm, friendly person she was. Straight away I felt my stay here was going to be perfect. The barbecue facilities were simply perfect. Clean and just a great location

Not one thing. It nearly would have been no hot water in the shower until my husband realised he was only turning on the cold water tap lol. Poor Ben (our host) even went and checked if the hot water fuse had flipped

Motel is conveniently located on the outer limits of Inverell. The manager kindly gave us a ground floor unit as we had several heavy suitcases which would have been difficult to carry to the upstairs accommodation. A very clean and comfortable room.

Everything was of a good standard so nothing to complain about.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.

It was further from the center of town I was expecting. Reception staff booked in another guest to us, but I had asked us not to have their key. They didn’t listen and handed it us for us o book them in.
