The hotel is brand new and beautiful, with all the structures made of wood. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with lots of sweet and savoury options. The parking lot was big and the staff was kind. The room was really beautiful and also the bathroom was comfy.

We found some empty cans and bottles in a cupboard (the cleaning staff didn't open it after the last guests, obviously). There was dirt on the floor. We told the concierge and he asked someone to remove the bottles, but that shouldn't happen in a hotel of this level. Another little thing: they charge you 2 € for a small printed map of Koli. I think it should be included in the price we paid for the room.

The stay was excellent. I felt like being in an hotel in the USA National Parks... The hotel was new, rooms and especially beds were extremely comfortable, breakfast was great and we had dinner one night and it was good and at a reasonable price. Sauna available for guests (for free). Driving to the national park is only a couple of kilometres. Overall a great experience and we will definitely come back!

Well, TV channels were not that many and interesting but one does not come here to watch TV...

The facilities in the hotel is very new and clean, bed is very very comfortable, room is quite for a good sleep ing. Free parking, rich choices for included breakfast. Good location for hiking to Koli national park. Staff are nice and helpful when I asked for cold tap water to take away.

It is weird a small map of Koli national park from the hotel need to be paid for 2 euro. I thought it should be free as I always got free similar map elsewhere in Finland.

Facilities, amenities, location, parking. The food menu and quality is very good and very reasonably priced for Finland. The staff is very responsive and friendly - Kudos to all really.

A small remark: The breakfast feels a bit too “industrial” - having less options but of a higher quality would make likely make it better.

Very clean rooms, in like new condition. Good beds. Excellent breakfast with varying tastes and many healthy options and plenty to choose from.

Price is a bit high but not as high as in the hotel up the hill. Some confusion with the room. Booking sold three person room only (I booked it for two) but it was two person room. They would have made the extra bed, no problem at all but we did not need one.

It was near to the activities. Easy to find. Near to a store and restaurants.

The sauna wasn’t hot. There should be a open sauna shift as well where one could go with a spouse. The rooms slacked slippers for indoor walking. Why there’s loud jazz music in the saunas? Please no music. The elevator makes terrible noise as well.

New. Clean. Spacious. Free parking. Great location.

Nothing really - if there is one nitpicking it would be on the breakfast quality that I found somewhat too industrial, and the lack of non-Finnish coffee (ie espresso based)

It was perfectly situated, the rooms are clean and comfy and have everything you need. Very modern and has blackout curtains which are a must in summer

Not about the property, but found out that the rates are cheaper if I had called the hotel directly.

- big room for us as a family of four - close to Ukko-Koli etc. (possible to walk or drive by car) - fantastic breakfast buffet - friendly staff

Everything was new and worked nicely, the staff was very welcoming and had a good sense of humor. Beds were unbelievably comfortable. All in all the best hotel stay I’ve had.
