The property was clean and easy to navigate. Parking on all sides. You enter through the front entrance for all rooms, this makes things easy. Staff were courteous and helpful. They were pet friendly and had a great space for walking the dog. The dumpster is close by for disposing of pet waste. A great stay and we will likely visit again.

The side door, emergency exit didn't have a door key reader. It should for safety but also convenience.

The room was perfect. Beds had memory foam mattresses, so comfy. It was really cold outside so nice hot shower was greatly appreciated. Super quiet, no outside noise at all. Hot coffee always available. The young man at the desk was super kind and helpful. Breakfast needs some attention but we left at around 7am so maybe we were too early. Overall excellent 👌

Breakfast was not ready at 7am. No plates or napkins. Only bread for toast and some yogurt, and some packaged oatmeal but no hot water to fix it....alittle confusing considering the rest of our stay was excellent.

Very surprised at the amenities and pleasantness of the room - especially for the budget price. The room appeared to have just been remodeled. The bed was very comfortable, new carpet, new furnishings. Little microwave and refer, hair dryer and ironing board. Shampoo provided. Clean. The breakfast was simple but adequate- toast, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, coffee/tea/hot chocolate. Room doors accessed from inside as well as lobby and breakfast room vending machines for pop/ snacks and ice- very nice since it was 1 degree in the morning and you didn't have to walk outside. Heater worked wonderful and kept the room warm. Would definitely stay here again.

Walls were a bit thin - could hear the neighboring rooms - coughing, talking a bit.

We knew we would reach after midnight. Just so that they don't cancel our reservation due to 'no-show', we called them 3 times on the same day and was assured everything should be fine. But once we reached we were told the reservation got cancelled. But anyway the guy at the reception was able to 'reinstate'.

After a long trip from Cheyenne, WY, through a dangerous patch of strong wind, rain, snow, and sleet at night your Hotel was a welcome sight. The Lady at the front desk moved our room closer to the front desk as my wife is disabled.

Staff was the best part very friendly and made me feel welcome immediately. They also have updated rooms, they were clean, pretty quiet considering the amount of semis and the freeway I didn't hear either and security was good.

Overall I liked it for the price it's a great deal, I would stay again without even thinking about it.

One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service from Roman at the front desk. He went above and beyond to ensure that our accommodation was comfortable and that we had everything we needed. His friendly demeanor and willingness to assist truly made a difference in our experience.

Towels were pretty cheap and only one each. . . sometimes nice to have a couple. Die NOT appreiate FOX channel of propaganda playing in the breakfast room

The agent at the front desk went out of his way to help us unload our luggage and upgraded us to a suite so we could see our car from our room.. Bed s were comfortable with nice fridge and microwave

Breakfast could have been better. Pancake maker wasn't working. No fruit or eggs.

The place is a little old. The staff were excellent and the place was exceptionally clean. There is little near it as it is a remote motel in the middle of the northern Nevada desert.
