The staff and cleanliness of the property exceeded our expectations -- the room was a bit small for our large service dog, two adults and a fair amount of luggage, but if you're traveling with less stuff (and a dog that isn't 130 lbs!) these rooms are perfect for 1-2 people. It was right off the highway and we would definitely stay there again (with less stuff than what we had moving across the country and unloading the back of my pickup truck!) there was a nice safe space to park our moving van too which was greatly appreciated

We have stayed here a few times as they are the only hotel in Henryetta that will allow our pet (CAT). THe staff is friendly and the rooms are comfortable. Over the past couple of years there have been updates made to the rooms.

Breakfast options could be improved some. Adding fresh fruit options, maybe waffles and/or bagels (with a way to toast them).

This was a charming little refurbished motel. There's nothing much nearby but a gas station and an Indian restaurant (which is quite good), but it's right off I-40. No pool or fancy facilities, from the exterior it looks like something out of the 1940s or 50s. But the rooms are very nice, and perfect for an overnight stay. It was busy, but very quiet in my room.

I was a little startled to be asked if I wanted a smoking or non-smoking room, because most places are entirely non-smoking now. I requested non-smoking, and was directed to pull my car around to the far side of the second building. When I opened the door to my room I gagged at the stench -- and I'm NOT that sensitive! I tried leaving the door open while I brought in my luggage but it didn't help. I returned to the office and told the desk clerk, and she accompanied me back and agreed. Fortunately the room she gave me after that was pristine and odor-free. I don't believe they'll EVER get the stink out of the room they gave me first.

Immaculate property, well maintained, friendly attentive staff, old school motel setting where you can park your vehicle directly in front of your room door. They made sure we had adjoining rooms for our family.

While staff is attentive, we disliked the early morning hard knock (9:00 a.m.) on our doors to offer replacement towels both days. We had to wake up and physically answer the door just to say "no thank you". This is not good after a long night of driving and getting in very late when we wanted to have uninterrupted sleep through the morning. It is more reasonable to call for towel service when we are ready instead.

Great location, just off interstate. Exceptionally clean, newly redecorated. Room very well set up with plenty of space for luggage, cooler, etc. Exceptional value for price.

Breakfast was very spartan. Coffee cups were tiny, and there were just a few packaged pastries. That being said, we would stay here again in a heartbeat. We had a long day driving ahead of us, so getting a couple hours in before stopping for breakfast worked great.

Very, very clean. Looks like the Q room we are staying has been renovated. The wall paint, trim work, floors are obviously the work of a skilled contractor. Furniture is modern. Extras such as wall dispensers with soap, shampoo, etc There is a small fridge and microwave. No coffee pot, but they offer it in the office lobby from 7am-9am with a limited breakfast. Noticed only 2 breakfast tables, so a very small area. Bringing breakfast to the room might be a better option.

Breakfast was the worse offerings I have ever seen for a continental breakfast. Wrapped Danish pastry, 3 containers of cereal, milk, OJ, coffee. That was it. No coffee pot in room. If they had all the regular offers most other motels offered, I would rate it excellent and give it 5 star for motel it's size.

They've completely remodeled since our last stay, and it's very nice. Everything was spotless and brand new! The new beds were extremely comfortable. We'll definitely stay here again.

Good location, easy access to highway. Rooms were clean and the desk staff was available 24 hours for our late check in. Perfect place to rest for the night on our way across the country.

We have stayed in 10 motels in 3 weeks. This was the cleanest. The rooms have been redone and are simple but very light. The lady at the office was very nice.

I think there should be a chair and luggage rack. There was nowhere to sit except the bed.and it would be great not to put the open suitcase on the floor.
