We had a lovely stay overall! The staff were all really friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We did run out of toilet paper and had to request more but they quickly resolved, and room service was great since we had drag some sand from the beach. The food options at Sala were exceptional, we especially enjoyed dining by the beach. The beachfront restaurant area is absolutely beautiful, the pool area was also stunning. My daughter loved being able to enjoy both the rooftop pool and the one downstairs next to beach. Rooms were comfortable and waking up to the stunning ocean view was a real treat. The room price was a bit higher compared to other nearby options, so we will try Rosa hotel as well to compare the value. But all in all, it was a very enjoyable experience!

After staying at a string of very very budget hotels I booked two nights at this much nicer place. Everything seemed new and modern. Hot shower and A/C worked very well with very minimal noise. I slept very well. All the staff I dealt with were friendly. They had a doorman greeting and opening the door whenever guests entered and left the hotel. Breakfast was good with made to order options and a variety of foods to choose from. I liked the beach! I swam everyday I was there. The area is quiet with very little cars. I think it's more crowded in the summer.

The front desk didn't go over information such as rooftop pool times or available amenities at time of check in. Information not presented well. For example I didn't know that we were allowed to use the dipping pool near the beach as guests of the hotel until my last day. You can get beach towels from there too. The TV turned on every time I entered the room and put in my key card. Awful coffee at breakfast. The beverage selection and quality could be better. A bit removed from town. Not a lot to do in the surrounding areas.

Sala is right across the street from the beach. It is clean and comfortable and the rooms are a great oasis to hide away in from the rain. We were in Tuy Hoa in off season and were unlucky to have 3 days of constant rain. The hotel was set up that we didn’t actually need to leave. Lunch and dinner in the roof lounge restaurant, a run in the gym and a spa treatment was a great way for us to simply relax.

It’s actually quite expensive eating and staying solely in the hotel. Prices are far above what you’d spend if you stepped outside the hotel.

Sala Grand Tuy Hoa Hotel stands out as one of the finest hotels I've experienced. The view encompasses the beach, the sea, and the streets, creating a picturesque scene. The spacious and impeccably clean bathroom with its elegantly simple design is a highlight. The beach is fantastic! Housekeeping and customer service are definitely 5 stars! The breakfast buffet is outstanding, and I particularly relish the yogurt. Thank you, Ms. Thuy for celebrating my birthday!

The pool is a little bit smaller than anticipated for a prestigious 5-star hotel, and it can become crowded. This hotel is still one of the best hotels I have ever stayed.

The hotel has a great location on the beach! The views are unbeatable from the room with a nice balcony to sit on. There is a beach club across the street that has a pool in addition to the rooftop pool. Hotel is clean and modern. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It is a great value.

Breakfast had many options and was good. They only have pots of black coffee; and even if you order a coffee from their cafe downstairs, there is still room for improvement.

Sala Grand Tuy Hoa Hotel was excellent. The rooms are spacious and clean with a view that encompasses the beach, the sea and the city. Housekeeping and customer service couldn't be faulted! Mr. Li was very helpful. The breakfast buffet, lunch on the beach and dinner on the roof were all delicious. There's a pool on the roof and one at the beach just over the road. We stayed three nights, it was very crowded because of the Vietnamese national day holiday. Highly recommended.

Right across from the beach. Found lots of restaurants near by. Weather was very rainy and windy so stayed at the hotel and ate our dinners there. Food was good and breakfast more than enough to choose from. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We got ungraded to a beautiful corner suit. The view was amazing!! An excellent hotel with a full service restaurant across the street on the beach, and a rooftop bar with food at the hotel. Staff and their service were exceptional! The breakfast buffet, lunch on the beach and dinner on the roof were all delicious and the price was very reasonable. The rooms are spacious and clean with great views of the beach, the sea and the city. Highly recommended.

I'd like bigger water bottles.

I love Phu Yen and had the chance to visit the province 6 times so far. I stayed at Sala Grand TuyHoa hotel 3 times and really like the place. The facilities are great. The room is spacious and comfy. Staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast is delicious. Renting a motorbike is super easy and can be done at the hotel directly. The location is right in front of the beach and they have a nice café (on the beach) where you can easily do some remote work.

If you have a room facing the beach and companies are doing events / team building activities, it can get really noisy as the rooms aren't sound proof.

This is a new hotel, on an excellent location. Rooms are huge and clean. Breakfast has plenty of choice, local and western. It has a swimming pool, bar and restaurant on the top floor with an amazing view. I also enjoyed the spa. Dinning and beach just across the road.

Like elsewhere in Vietnam, personal speaks very little English. There is lots of room for improvement on this aspect. The "ding dong" of the lifts it's really annoying. You can listen it in the rooms, all over the spa, anywhere! Also the ambient music (piano) on spa (and elsewhere) is beyond annoying. PLEASE CHANGE this asap. The (Android) TV is very poor. Fails all the time.
