This hotel was wonderful. The host? One of my favorite France memories. She was informative, friendly, helpful...just the best. The building is a home built by a count for his wife, and she has decorated and updated it. The room was comfortable and colorful, the breakfast (served in the room) was delicious. Note: no shoes allowed because the building is protected and the floors need to be preserved. The beach was just a few minutes away and it was a wonderful place to walk, take pictures, or just sit with a cup of coffee. Beautiful site.

Can't think of anything except that parking is on street. We got lucky and found a spot nearby. Once you find a spot, you can pay at the meter for the amount of time you need.

Hotel has a great location in the heart of the village. The owners are very nice, the rooms are new and clean, breakfast is served directly to your room at the chosen time. Although it is sweet, it is quite filling, because it includes yoghurts, fruits, fresh pastries and freshly squeezed juice. The hotel has its own rules, due to the fact that it is a cultural heritage site. The owners convey them clearly, you just have to follow them, and then you will have only wonderful impressions! :)

The villa Maurice is ideally located in the center of Etretat. Itself has no parking place but there is a public parking nearby (we stayed in June so the village was not yet crowded and we always found a parking spot, note that you have to pay for parking spots in the village). The host gave us a warm welcome and was very helpful. The room (on the second floor, no elevator) was very tidy and had all comfort needed. The breakfast served in the room was modest but very delicious, for us it was a great start of the day.

The acoustic insulation of the room was not that optimal so noises from other locations in the house could be heard quite well. Our room had only a curtain to "close" the bathroom. That didn't bother us but I can imagine some people might prefer a real door to close the bathroom.

The room itself and the location were perfect. Communication with the host was also excellent; she was very hospitable and a nice person. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast included pastries, fruits, yogurt, and coffee, which was very nice.

The check-in time is around 6:30 pm, which might not be a problem for some, but if you're traveling with luggage, it can be challenging to find a place to store it in Etretat. There is one luggage storage facility nearby the hotel, but in our case, it was closed. Consequently, we had to call the hotel and ask them to take our suitcases to their workplace at the beach, which thankfully wasn't an issue for them.

excellent location the room is very big and comfortable breakfast was good - fresh croissant and bread, jam, yogurt, fruit, coffee.

*parking near the room is 3euro/hour and could not find a place. we parked 10min walk from the room (sign - le Havre). 7.5euro/5 hours. from 7pm-9am no need to pay parking anywhere. *you have to take your shoes off as entering the house (you get slippers instead).

Location was great. It was very close to centre viIle and the cliffs. The restaurant recommendation to La Flotille was great. Breakfast was good and the space in the room to eat was good.

While our hostess was nice, she did seem a little hurried. The lack of parking on site was a little negative. We were able to walk the kilometre to the free parking but many would not be able to. There are a lot of stairs and no elevator.

We loved this little B&B. The room was very pretty and cozy, the woman helping us was absolutely amazing! She doesn't spreek a lot of english but with google translate we managed to understand each other. She was very sweet and helpfull and for sure the best thing about this accommodation. We where also pleasantly surprised with the breakfast the next morning, which we could pick the night before and it was brought to our room in the morning. Also the bathroom looked brand new and very very clean. Big plus! Bonus tip! It's also close to restaurant La Flottille which I also recommend you check out. Worth the wait.

Checkin time was quite late. It was raining very badly the day we arrived so we would have loved to be able to checkin a earlier so we could hide from the rain a bit more.

We got a small apartment with separate entry and terrace at ground floor. Fully equipped kitchen. Great location in the very center of Etretat. Very friendly staff that even helped us to wash some of our dresses. Etretat is amazing, we enjoyed our stay there very much

Comfortable bed and nice terrace to sit in.

Kitchen sparsely equipped. No tea bags or coffee as per other places, we have travelled extensively through France. No tea towel (or what I would consider a tea towel) plates in the highest cupboard not reachable unless your super tall or get on a chair/stool (unsafe)

Continental breakfast was delicious with local coffee and pastries. Service was lovely with an available host who was very knowledgeable about the house history and the local community. Bedding super comfortable and room very quiet.

I would prefer a door to the bathroom - even if the room/bathroom transition is well designed, I like being able to close a bathroom door when needed/sharing a room.
