The hotel was beautifully clean and decorated. It was walking distance to everything. The staff were amazing. Nothing but smiles. They all seemed to enjoy their jobs and go out of their way to make our vacation pleasurable! Sophia and Stephania are wonderful ambassadors for the hotel. We loved the language lessons with Sophia! The housekeeping staff were extremely hard working and skilled. I looked forward to the breakfast buffet every morning. A wide variety of options. This experience, coupled with the beauty of the island, and the kindness of the Ikarians , have us already planning to return!!

Stunning location. Gorgeous balcony view out to sea and to a large sandy beach a short swim or short walk away. Helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Armenistis offers many restaurants, including "Mary Mary" which I give 5 stars. Gorgeous salt water pool with lounge chairs.

Initially booked a garden view suite. Upgraded as the suite was very close to the road and next to an open hallway for the other rooms.

Erofili Beach hotel is located in Armenistisis on the main road. Despite that, it was very quiet, all rooms are facing the sea. The property is well managed, everything is clean, the gardens are well maintained. The staff are very nice, we received a lot of information and they were always ready to help. The access to the sea is through a rather steep ladder; the entrance is through rocks; although beautiful it seems dangerous, especially that the sea was rough. The pool is well maintained. The breakfast offered a decent variety for all tastes. This hotel was a great choice to stay for 4 nights in Ikaria; we noticed that there are not a lot of hotels on the islands, but rather villas / b&b type of stay, so we were happy we chose Erofili. Armenistis is a sweet village, not a lot to do there, but there are a few tavernas and a decent supermarket within walking distance. There is also a sandy beach nearby (walking distance). Parking is on the street, everyone parks everywhere, the whole driving experience on the island is not smooth.

Excellent, kind, thoughtful, lovely staff, breath taking view, close to a very nice taverna and nice beaches. Just reflects the purity of Ikaria island. I wanna stay here whole year.

Our second stay at this hotel and it was incredible again. Everything about this place is wonderful. Very helpful staff, comfortable rooms and beds with gorgeous views, delicious breakfast, lovely private access to a rocky beach (that is great for snorkelling). The location is excellent with an easy walk to Armenistis beach and bars, restaurants and tavernas. Truly nothing more we could want. We hope to return again soon!

Staff Is Amazing! Swimming pool with panoramica view...the best!

This hotel is a fantastic value. It exceeded my expectations. What made it a great value was the rooms were spacious, they provided us with a complimentary breakfast which I was not expecting. Our rooms were quickly cleaned daily. We arrived early and even though check in time was 3 PM they had our rooms ready early. The pool was a nice size kept very clean with adequate chairs. The view of the sea was excellent. Even though I was only able to book a room with a patio and garden view since the others were not available, we still had a view of the sea. The patio was set up with tables and chairs and a lounge chair. The staff works extremely hard. The woman who cleaned our rooms worked breakfast then went to do all the cleaning of the rooms. You get a lot for what the cost was. Location was great with many restaurants around. Sophia was of assistance securing us taxi rides when needed. She also set up our pick up from the airport. The beds were comfortable and the rooms supplied everything we needed. Once again this was a three star hotel that went above my expectations. Would highly reccommend. They also had a spa area that we did not use. It did look well maintained and if I stayed longer I may have used it.

They had a beautiful balcony that overlooked the water where they served drinks in the evening. It would have been nice if they had someone to entertain with greek music for atmosphere. We would have had drinks there in the evening if there was something to entertain us. There were guests out on the balcony at night so we did not stop for drinks. If there were more people we would have had a drink or two. To be fair we were there around the middle to end of September so it may have been more crowded in peak season.
