it was quiet (for mina road near a trainline but really you hear the trains anywhere in blackwater). the staff were great the food tasty - i didnt like a few things but that was personal taste. i came back again. would stay again.

i didnt like the curtains in my room not blocking out the light and the blinds dont touch the wall either but i just leant my chair against them. i would have loved room service for the takeway meals. the smart tvs cant connect to the hotel wifi which sucks a little as im 100% factory resetting any tv i login to with my wifi, netflix account etc when i leave.

Great central location, clean, tidy rooms. Breakfast included was perfect.. The onto site tavern provides an excellent array of menu options and family friendly. We were situated in “The Cabins”, not motel rooms.

The property advertised having a pool, photos shown on Bookings.com showed a pool but the pool is no longer there. Prob needs the property description updated.

We were very impressed. We knew we had chosen an older motel. Very clean and spacious. It was the cheapest place we stayed by far so we were very happy and when you receive an all you can eat hot and cold buffet for breakfast in the room price is excellent value for your money

We would have liked 2 chairs in our room to cover this we moved in the chairs that were on our verandah

Breakfast was ok, hot food cool but that was probably because I came later than the workers

It's near the railway line so noisy and the whole place shakes with some train movements. But that's ok, it's convenient

Everything was as expected and we were happy with the stay.

It was a bit of an explore to figure out what was happening. Luckily a fellow guest offered information on what was the arrangements. The hot food was a little past it’s best by 6:30.

Comfortable bed, large, clean room, easy to operate TV. Breakfast was included. Had a lovely meal at the hotel. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Stained carpet, Shower curtain rather than screen.

updated rooms and bathroom. affordable price. pub was good with good food.

noisy patrons after midnight need to have more respect for people sleeping. the train can be noisy through town but that would be at most places. ear plugs would help. overall the place was clean, comfortable and nice bathroom

Multiple points of entry to accom and easy access to the restaurant. Walking distance to the newsagent and bakery. It was easy to locate. Breakfast options exceeded expectations!

As the display photo for this property was the pool, I was disappointed to find the pool was empty upon check-in. I also requested breakfast at 5.45am however this didn't occur as the chef had slept in to 6.15am. I was told it was would be ready by 7.30am (as I wasn't able to wait) which it was when I went to collect it.

Lovely setting, nice chalets, perhaps a little dark inside. Loved being right by the stream to see the platypus.

Convenience and included breakfast , bed was comfortable , shower was good

Toilet was not very clean, smelled like urine
