I liked that it was remodeled completely from the last time I was there

I didn’t like that there wasn’t a light on were my room was at and also opening the room door I had trouble unlocking the door with the key due to I had to turn the knob up and not down

The room was spacious and cleaned every day.

For stays of a couple of days or more, a microwave and or mini refrigerator could be nice in the rooms.

The location was good.

Bathroom linens were not stocked when we checked in. Staff provided linens in a timely manner.

We had room for 4. Very crowded. Looked like they put second bed in a regular room. Floor could have been cleaner but rest was good

The room was clean and comfortable.

I was hoping for a bathtub, however there were no rooms at the time with a tub.

They front staff was very friendly .

There were a lot of people going in and out of 1 room most of the night.

Staffer was super helpful and freindly and even made me coffee for a 5:30 a.m. start. Impressive!

For the price nothing caould hve been better

The staff at the counter paid an extra fee for the accommodation, and the refund has not been completed yet

Leonard, at the front desk was very attentive to our needs.. an angel the maintenance guy, was a big help. The housekeeping staff is wonderful... Great stay this time around.. last time we were here there was a boiler issue, and mr. Patel the manager made it right and offered us a comp for one night. And we end up staying two more nights thanks.... Thank you Staff. see you next time..
