Location cannot be beat. Room is spacious, enough space to sleep. Large kitchen. Mr. Gigi was extremely helpful.

The expectations around driving (or not) in the town center area should be more clearly communicated ahead of time. Certain basic things should be stocked such as some sugar and salt. The cutlery could be improved, there was a large spoon to waddle out soup (who needs that) but not a spatula (fried eggs). The A/C was making a lot of noise but (I think) this was improved.

The location is perfect if you want to stay right in the city centre, however if you are coming by car bear in mind: 1) that the street is one way and that you might struggle to offload the suitcases as otherwise you block the traffic and 2) that you have to give a heads up to the receptionist to get a special permission to go by car in front of the hotel to download your luggage. Best for those who come with a backpack and don't mind to walk a bit from the parking.

That evening several restaurants around the hotel were closed due to New Year holiday (1st of Jan). The only one good one open was packed. If you are an international traveller used to places where everything is always open like Singapore or London, especially on festivity days, check before you travel.

Beautiful, big, and calm apartment in the center of Ivrea's old town, with a very comfortable bed. Lovely entrance (see picture). Nice, big bathroom. Very friendly welcome. A great place to stay in Ivrea.

A bottle of water would have been welcome (or the information that the tap water is fine). The kitchen isn't very practical (it needs to be cleaned if it's used. If you need to leave early, it's not so practical).

Excellently located apartment with everything needed and in the middle of Ivrea. Clean, comfy, spacious, excellent check-in experience.

The room was advertised and booked as a twin but it was false advertising. The brought in a camp bed which for 40 year old friends sharing was disappointing.

I liked this loft apartment so much that I stayed here again on my way back through after hiking in the Aosta Valley. It is such a great space! Lots of natural light, clean, comfortable, fast wifi, and a full kitchen. It's also easy to find and just a short walk from the train station. I will definitely stay here again on future trips. Highly recommend!

We were a huge group of people, so we probably occupied the whole hotel. The apartments were nice and stylish, good eguiped kitchen, most of the beds comfy. Easy check-in and check-out.

As we were a big group, they put 2 of us on super small and uncomfortable foldable sofas. A normal size person would definitely not fit into. Luckily we had 2 super small people with us and they volunteered. Without prior communicating this to us or giving us a discount for these "beds" I dont find this okay.

I'm so glad I stayed here! The apartment is very clean and comfortable and much larger than expected. I loved all of the windows and natural light. Gigi is so nice and made check-in very easy. He's also just a really nice person and I enjoyed meeting him. This experience exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Spacious, beautifully decorated, right in the heart of town, a place with character.

Water pressure sometimes went down to a trickle, the wooden section of the floor was extremely creaky, and there was almost no insulation--we had to keep the air conditioning running all day just to keep the room at a bearable temperature. Granted it was a hot week so most guests won't have this issue.

Great welcome from Luigi, who made it easy for me to check in at my chosen time. The apartment is very central and in a very quiet location. The studio apartment is perfect with a great bed, fantastic jacuzzi bath and mini kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and is spacious. Quiet air conditioning and no noise from other apartments. Altogether, a great place to stay and excellent value for money.

Only a small thing, however good to mention. The cleaners arrived a little early before checkout time at 9:45 and knocked on the door. Would have been nice if they waited till 10am. Otherwise all is perfect 🤩
