The property is well maintained and super comfortable! This is our second time staying in our trip through Texas.

Of all the rooms in the hotel, we arrived first and then the room next to us became occupied by a family with loud unruly children who did not stop screaming for a good hour. We ended up waking up and I had to go downstairs to get snacks and start a show just to occupy myself instead of get annoyed by the sound. They eventually settled down, but it was well over the time of night that was acceptable. Of all the rooms, they had to be next to mine? Hahaha

I did eat breakfast the egg and cheese omelet was hot, and so was the sausage patty. Biscuits were soft and hot. The girl at the front desk did mention that she saw my request online to have a non pet friendly room. We are both allergic. They put us in a room that had not had a pet since Dec 2023. That was very nice.

I did have to search for the coffee in a separate area. The napkins, plastic forks, and plates were all in different and separated locations. So they were a bit difficult to find.

The location was great with easy access to everything. The staff was super friendly and helpful and even sent me an email after I had checked in asking if everything was okay with the room. Later that day they had warm chocolate chip cookies for a snack. The breakfast the next morning was very good, I'd say exceptional but there is always room for improvement. Would definitely stay here again if the need arose.

Honestly the only thing that would've made their breakfast bar better would've been if they had a better grade of bacon. Everything else was fantastic. They had so much to offer - hot and cold cereal. Scrambled eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy. Bread and scones and waffles even, along with coffee and several juices to choose from. What's not to like about all of that. They even had snack bags to go if you needed one that included a bagel, piece of fruit, cream cheese, jelly and peanut butter.

The staff was awesome,. I stayed Sunday night through booking. Com then decided to stay another night and one of the staff members helped me out made sure I received a discount/ It was my birthday . Chloe went above and beyond to make sure that everything was done right and my family and I was comfortable and satisfied. Thank you again Chloe for your hospitality will be in again soon. Quiet, clean, easy to access, good parking, safe. Cookies and fruit were available when I arrived. My room was very clean and all furnishings were in excellent condition. The breakfast was very good. The biscuits were warm, soft, and fresh. The coffee was hot and tasty. The lobby was relaxed and comfortable. I will definitely return the Paris Hampton Inn.

Food was well prepared and presented. Breakfast area was clean and well maintained-attendant cleaned serving utensils and replenished dishes between customers. I liked the food area being in a small room instead of being out in the open lobby like many others.

The staff was extremely thoughtful, courteous, and respectful. I had some issues with not being notified the pool was not working but they went out of their way to make my experience exceptional. I could not of asked for a better stay. The front desk even gave my son water after playing in 110 degree weather for baseball as soon as I arrived back to the property. They were mindful of what my family was going through and thought of ways to help even when not asked

How clean & friendly the staff was. It wasn’t too noisy & everyone was respectful & helpful when needed. Even the guests weren’t too loud or unfriendly.

It took a bit to accommodate to changing my dates to add one more night and going back & forth between booking.com and the hotel, however that could just be since I booked through the app. other than that the property was wonderful.

Centrally located and comfortable. Never been before and we were pleasantly comfortable with the space. Bed was super comfortable and we had a great night sleep.

Our room was clean and comfortable. However, the staff were amazing. Michelle (Front Desk) and Shannon McCulloch (Assistant General Manager) went above and beyond to help us resolve a reservation problem. These days it is rare to see the professionalism and commitment to customer service demonstrated by these two individuals. Will definitely be staying at Hampton Inns more in the future.
