Excellent location in the old town. Very pleasant, helpful and attentive service. The room was well furnished. Very comfortable bed. Shower is excellent. Air con was useful as it was very hot outside. We ate in the evening and the meal was most enjoyable, cooking to a high standard. However, the stand-out feature of our stay was breakfast. They are exceptionally good. The range on offer is excellent but what stands out is the execution. The dishes were both prepared and presented to an exceptionally high standard that would be difficult to improve on.

Excellent location with free parking. Really helpful staff especially on arrival. Comfortable bed. Great balcony with seating. Very clean room. Restaurant evening meal was delicious.

Room was beautifully styled but that had a knock on effect on practicality. There was only one hanging rail with 6 wire hangers for us to store all our clothes. Great for one night stay but a little awkward for a longer stay. Also, no housekeeping after you’ve checked in. If you have more than one coffee at breakfast it is chargeable. Quality of food at breakfast was great but there’s no flexibility with the dishes.

I stayed here after previously visiting the excellent restaurant on another trip. The restaurant, in short, is worth staying for on it's own. The food is brilliant - it's creative and feels special, while remaining relatively simple and approachable. Coupled with the friendliness and hospitality of the staff this makes for a great experience. And as a bonus, it really isn't expensive either for what it is - a 3 course meal with a beer and 3 x wine pairings for £50/250PLN is good value anywhere, let alone when the food is this good. The breakfast is excellent - probably the best I've ever had anywhere. Hospitality is fantastic - agreed to take a parcel in for me, spoke perfect English. Above and beyond what I would have expected! The architecture is really nice and just the general level of attention to detail, from the restaurant up to the decorations in the rooms is noticeable. The general theme for both hotel and restaurant is that you can tell it's all been thoroughly thought about and executed by someone who cares about what they're doing.

Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was awful for me and I got no signal in the room, which meant I couldn't do any work and had to have a beer instead (oh no!)

Top location within Sandomierz to explore the town. The people working at the hotel/restaurant were also very nice and took care of us. We dined at the restaurant in the evening and got some discount - the food and experience was truly amazing! But (almost) the best of it all was the breakfast - haven't had such a nice included breakfast maybe ever! Thank you very much, we enjoyed our stay a lot and will definitely come back!

A bit disappointed the kitchen and the bar closed earlier than we were told. We came back from sightseeing after being told we can still order until 8.20pm but we were told the cash register was closed already so they can’t take any orders.

Beautiful and modern, close to town but quiet.

Our deluxe room had only a bathtub, so we had to switch to a smaller room with a shower. The jazz music in the restaurant/reception area early in the morning. On our last morning the music was softer.

The historical building has been beautifully renovated to a very high quality and with such attention to detail. The renovation has kept much the buildings classical features and original charm, whilst blending seamlessly with modern design elements that offer comfort and style....the owners have really managed to create a unique home from home. Our quaint room was spacious and furnished to a very high standard and the bed was so comfortable. We even had a small balcony to sit and enjoy the warm summer evenings. The well trained and friendly staff were all so welcoming and willing to serve with a smile...and even chat when possible - any extra request was quickly and efficiently delivered...so refreshing and so rare. Breakfast was the best yet on all our travels around Poland by far. The set breakfast offered a fun and delicious start to the day with a nutritious variety of hot/cold dishes...so refreshing from the stale buffet breakfast served by most hotels. The restaurant al la cart menu was excellent too...Personally crafted by the chef, with the highest quality products and freshest ingredients sourced from local suppliers (and their own small farm). The chefs' passion for creating exciting food is clear in the menu. We enjoyed the food so much that we did not eat outside of the restaurant during our entire two day stay...as many of the other places in the square looked like typical tourist venues. After a request to the staff, the chef and the restaurant manager joined us at our table so we could share our experience with them. The outside restaurant seating area is so relaxing...the gardens have been beautifully crafted with a variety of plants that create such a calming and peaceful setting (away from the main square) to enjoy the delicious menu creations. Such a rare find...such a unique place in a charming (but commercial) Sandomierz.

Words cannot describe how wonderful the place is. The staff are extremely kind and attentive. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The location is perfect. Overall stunning.

Beautiful room with very comfortable bed, nice balcony and great tub. The whole place has well designed interior. Breakfast was delicious, served in the beautiful restaurant. Very committed and supportive staff, called me before my late arrival asking if I would like to order something before the kitchen will close.

We had a great stay in this hotel. Room was small but we had a balcony. The location was central and beautiful. The restaurant was superb. Wonderful breakfast and glorious dinner. Service was impeccable.. We will be recommending the place to our friends.
