It's a very good hotel if staying in Chandigarh. We stayed for 1 nights and it was a very good experience. Very good staff who is always ready to help Specailly Baljit Kaur. Great food options inside as well as outside the hotel. Nice clean rooms with good Inclusions. Interior of hotel is very good. Kids enjoyed the stay too. It's close to Chandigarh, few Malls in Chandigarh, easy access to Airport and just opposite to many shops. Highly recommended. Completely worth the money spent.

Breakfast was excellent with very tasty selections. Staff were all very friendly and helpful especially Shehnaz, Ayushi, Gitish and Payal as well as all of the housekeeping staff. They all made us felt very welcome especially since it was our first trip to India.

We stayed for 2.5 weeks and quite a few of the breakfast selections were repetitive, but understandable given our long stay. Minor difficulties communicating in English with some of the staff. Our spacious unit needed some fixing in the bathroom.

The service was really slow. The hotel takes pride in being 4/5 stars but to start off, Wifi in the room was not working for my entire trip and the telephone was dead. So every time, I had to come out and personally tell someone what I need. Though, they did ask to shift the room on the last day but I politely declined. Apart from that, the stay was pleasant.
