Very friendly staff, with great hospitality and very helpfull. Begins with the staffs (one of them was Pak Dimas) who helped me with the many luggages i had as i checked in, till putting the many luggages i had as i checked out, in the car. As a wonderful surprise as i checked in, Ibu Nabila from the receptionist ugraded both of my rooms, with a bathtub in each room. As i entered my room i saw that HK team wrote me something to welcome me on the mirror near the door. Also Pak Yosep and Ibu Ameira from the HK Team made a doll from several towels and wrote me a welcome card. Even Ibu Ameira gave me 3 extra botlles mineral water. All the staffs at restaurant near lobby were very friendly and helpfull. Great food with many variety at buffet breakfast. There were even cheese brie and walnuts. We also got 2 free vouchers for photo’s, which we absolutely used and got 2 free pictures in a frame. Twice, staffs brought us in a buggy car from outside lobby to near the swimming pool. My family and i would like to thank all the great staffs of Hotel Intercontinental Dago Pakar for their hospitality, attentive to the smallest details and being very helpfull.

Mayve it would be perfect if Hotel Intercontinental Dago Pakar has a swimming pool with warm water, which would be nice for the children.

The service from the staff was top notch, everywhere we went the staffs were always smiling and trying to be helpful. In extreme case, we asked for help in reheating our baby's food, the staff was eager to help and the reheating was done in no time. One time the reheat process was not going as planned and our baby's food was spoiled, the staff was quick to provide replacement meal as a way of apology. They made sure that we were taken care of and that we felt very comfortable.

We expected more of the food variety during breakfast. Also, would be perfect to have a nespresso machine in the room

It was located on a quite part of Bandung which makes it perfect for a relaxing holiday. It offers wide range of kids activities so children wont get bored even if you stay all day in the hotel Love the pool but could be more heated cuz sometimes it still feels a bit cold after a while. Our kids love the outdoor playground and also thenkids club. Horse riding was fun but they should go for a longer track for 50 thousand rupiah/round.

No car vallet. Sometimes there are no buggy available. Breakfast should hv more varieties. Long waiting time on in room dining orders. Bugs on our bed (but since the hotel is surounded by lush greneeries so we thought it was from the outdoors).

It was a really pleasant stay. Staff are really helpfull. Huge parking lot, golf cart available to get you into the lobby. Breakfast are nice, tasty with lot of variety. Room quite spacious for 3 of us. Clean. Kids facilities quite good, just a bit outdated.

Having a special request for celebrating our wedding anniversary. Having a cake to celebrate there, but only got 2 options, either the slice one or 20x20 round cakes, which we chose the latter. Since we need to continue our journey to another city, and only 3 of us, it's just too big and such a waste. Dont like of wasting food. May consider to have 10x10 as an option in your package.

We stayed in the Villa and it was a super quiet. We loved that and will take a Villa again on our next trip to bandung. The room was clean, comfy and beds are comfortable. The staff is polite and friendly. The choice of food at the breakfast is excellent.

The club lounge serving the alcoholic drinks only from 5 - 7 PM. which is pointless. If there need to be only 2 hours, than I would reccomend from 9 - 11PM which is more logical. Anyhow, it's not a big deal and we will come back again when we return to Bandung.

Space, facilities and breakfast is great. Staffs are helpful and accommodative to our needs.

Overall room maintenance can be improved. TV remote battery is not regularly checked. Ours didn’t work well, we had to use the main switch to off the TV before sleeping. Saw traces of grey marking on some towels and pillow cases. Basic bedding and towel washing can be improved.

I will first talk about the hotel service. My husband and I were sick, our room was taken care of, a nurse was provided for us, we were taken to the hospital, and admitted to breakfast. All of these services were free. A bowl of fruit was sent with a message to check on us. We are contacted frequently to check on our status. I would like to especially thank the employees Nicholas and Abdel Raouf for their support that night, followed by the cleanliness and beauty of the rooms and the advantage of the location on the top of a mountain.

Location, it's very nice and quiet. Very relaxing. But yes, you really need a vehicle to get around coz it's far off the city centre. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. If you wake up in the morning and go for a short walk, all staff will make you feel very welcome. My son had the opportunity to drive one their ATVs in the parking lot. Short but he really enjoyed it. The rooms dan bathrooms are very clean and literally "cold", "nice cold" though. We ordered the room with breakfast. A complete buffet with all types of food ie. american, continental and asian breakfast. Their home made ice cream is the best.

Service in Dining and bar space is not at InterContinental standard. Although they did get better. Ordering another beer was like waiting for a bus in the desert sometimes. Attention to detail lacking

Spacious rooms. Good food. Courteous and friendly staff.

Thin bedroom walls. We can hear next door guests talking and there was one night when music from the function halls was blaring too loud till late at night. It was too noisy and very uncomfortable for my 80year old parents to sleep. Bath towels are rather old and not fluffy at all. My tv kept turning off on its own every few minutes so I gave up on it.
