Upon arrival the staff were lovely and polite. Room was comfortable and the location was great - Walmart just down the road and La Junta downtown was only a few minutes away with great food options. We left early in the morning but the staff offered us the breakfast to go. Good selection of items (as a hiker I loved the hard boiled eggs option that was in the fridge). Would stay here again.

The staff was super nice and helpful! The hotel was easy to get to and close to several restaurants. Breakfast was good and parking was close and well lit. I felt safer there than some other hotels.

They originally put me on the side facing the railroad tracks and those trains blared their horns all night long. The second night they moved me to the other side and it was much more quiet making it easier to rest.

Fruit gone and not replenished. Yogurt not replenished. On restricted diet so could not eat the warm items altho they looked great.

Pillows were too firm for our liking. Shower floor was slippery. Nice shower but just a slippery.

The staff was amazing! And very friendly. A great Mexican place right down the street, and they gave a 10% discout to hotel guest. All it all nice place.

They are renovating and the place was under construction. Also the TV channel selection was difficult to figure out. We never did figure it out.

The staff always went above and beyond to help make our stay comfortable and enjoyable!

Pleasantly surprised. Very comfortable bed, comfortable heater that wasn't noisy. Nice lighting in the room, space to spread out. Quiet hotel. Good breakfast. Good cable choices. Good exercise equipment, though we didn't have time to use this time. Would stay here again, no question.

Fire alarm went off a couple of times briefly after we were in bed, making us feel like we had to start dressing and leave our room. Thankfully it stopped before we had gotten very far. One lamp bulb was out.

The renovations that were going on last year have really improved this hotel. The rooms were much improved and very nice. The bathrooms were exceptional.

The breakfast could have been better.

Bathroom needs a small expandable mirror mounted next to wall mirror and lighting in bathroom. Thats the only thing missing.

How the staff had to work from a table. Very unprofessional on a business end. Not welcoming and inconvenient for staff to do there job in an professional manner.

Wonderful front desk staff. Very clean and well-appointed rooms. Great breakfast with very attentive staff. Quiet even though it’s near the highway. Great location.
