Fantastic building with plenty of character, warm and clean.nice bed linen. Friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant for evening meal and breakfast was very good. Plenty of hot water for shower. Easy parking

Shower curtain didn't give much room in the shower. Bathroom was clean but could do with an upgrade. My colleagues room was updated i think so they are not all the same. Would have liked tea making in the room. There was bottled water but quite small. I could have asked for more. Television basic.

This place is so beautiful, the location is everything you can hope for in a hotel. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The Castle vibes are present everywhere you look, the attention to detail is spot on. The breakfast is very extensive, it has everything you can ask for. There is enough parking just outside the gates and some nice restaurants too. We enjoyed our stay very much and we'll definitely be back.

The shower head did not switch between the large one and regular one but we used the one in the Jacuzzi Bath instead

A really nice location in the castle. They also serve local dishes at the breakfast but also in the restaurant.

The Internet was not always working properly. The staff could be a bit more warm. Nothing to complain, just seemed a bit cold sometimes.

I arrived late, had to leave at 4 am, and told them so in advance. When I arrived, the friendly receptionist was waiting for me with a tray of prepared sandwiches for breakfast. The room was comfortable and quiet. And this being the off season, I got an entire castle all to myself.

A Medieval Castle in the center of a German town. Great experience to stay in such surroundings. Nice room, very comfortbale bed. Tasty food in the restaurant and very good breakfast. We did like it a lot and will definatley come back.

The suite is very cosy an has ample of space with a fire place. A night in an old castle always has something special. The bath tub is huge and invites for fun. The staff is kind, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and in the castle rooms - groovy!

The staff was really helpful, even with language barriers, they always found a way to sort out my requests. The place is lovely and the room was spacious and comfortable, quiet environment and close to the center. Food served in the Restaurant was great too. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent location with free private parking, friendly and professional staff, newly renovated, spacious and bright room and bathroom, comfortable beddings, huge smart tv, strong wifi signal, delicious breakfast

Breakfast was great. Loved the medieval ambience. Very very comfortable beds!

That we were what seemed like the only non-wedding guests. There was a lovely reception that we seemed to intrude upon. Awkward!
