Kind and always helpful hosts. Delicious breakfast with lots of sweet and savory options, some of them quite extraordinary. Clean and cosy interior with decorative elements and warm ambience. The place and its people overall have a very pleasant vibe and we have always felt welcomed. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and would gladly return.

There’s hardly anything we didn’t like about the property. The parking lot was full when we arrived but the hostess was quick to help with recommendations. There are lots of parking lots nearby, approximately 10 minutes’ walk from the hotel.

Run by the most wonderful, welcoming couple who were so friendly. Really enjoyed chats with Roberta. Breakfast was fabulous, and location was perfect...not on the main touristy strip, so nice and peaceful but only a couple of mins walk to the beach and promenade of Cattolica. Gabbice mare beach and shops only 10 mins walk away which is a really lovely beach/has a lovely vibe.

Nice and welcoming owners. Location is perfect to visit Cattolica, few minutes walk to the beach and town center, while located in a quiet area. We reserved a parking spot which I really recommend if you travel by car, parking is otherwise difficult, like almost everywhere in Italy. And last but not least, the incredible breakfast, rarely seen such a variety. Incredible, we loved the place

Welcoming staff, and elegantly decorated communal areas and rooms. Quiet location a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Room was always wonderfully cool with air conditioning! Water was very reasonably priced along with mini bar. Nice balcony area with outdoor shower was very useful.

Very clean, peaceful, quiet place, family atmosphere, owners very nice and helpful, tasty breakfasts. Only pluses, we definitely recommend. Kasia and Adam

nothing, only thing it could have done with was a luggage rack in room, otherwise faultless.

Very nice owners, also the breakfast was very good and extensive, we enjoyed the cakes/pies made by Roberta herself a lot :)Thank you very much for your hospitality Fausto and Roberta, we will come back :)
