It was easy to find, the bed was comfortable and checking in out was a breeze. The grounds were clean and tidy and the bathroom was one of the best we have had in a room in a long time.

The price. $250 for 1 night was a bit over the top. We understand that it is a mining town but we are not miners looking to move there so the price was way too high for what we got. Even though it was the cheapest in town it was still expensive.

The room was well above my expectations, very clean, huge Tv an the King Bed was super comfortable. I did ring the property prior to checking and spoke to Georgia. There was confusion with my booking as their was another personal with a very similar name to mine. Georgia was very professional and sorted out the bookings. Instructions were sent to my phone for an afterhours check-in and everything worked like clock work. A big thanks to Georgia for sorting everything out.

Nothing specific to the motel, woke in the morning to the smell of diesel after the person in a close by unit ran their diesel vehicle for a period before leaving the property. The exhaust must have been close to the air conditioning iintake.

Large comfortable rooms good bathrooms but lacking the little things,no teaspoons or plates,no mini bar ,Uht milk. Coffee mugs kept in the fridges?? Broken office chair ,money needs to be spent on the little things,EG better quality toilet tissue for the prices charged for accomodation.

Plenty of space around roadways for a larger vehicles. Room was clean and had heaps of space. Comfortable bed too.

No breakfast facilities. No extra security on doors. Although the room was fantastic, it’s definitely mining town pricing.

From the moment we arrived we were made welcome. Room was exceptionally large and beds were very comfy. Dinner at restaurant was really delicious. Steak with veggies, delicious.

Everything was great. Maybe a coffee machine in room would be great but apart from that, AOK.

All the staff were exceedingly kind friendly and helpful in every way including the room cleaners the grounds person and the staff at the reception. They upgraded our room to a better location and size in order to make our stay more comfortable. The grounds and pool area were very clean tidy and well looked after

The room was clean and spacious. Amenities were good.

No privacy at the back. No sheer curtains to at least let some light in without anyone looking in and the beautiful D'Arcy Doyle picture was ruined with water and dirt.

The location of the motor inn is excellent with easy access to all local facilities. The staff are very approachable and go out their way to assist with any issues or booking requirements.

The price was a little more expensive then we are used to but compared to other motels in Moranbah it was reasonable

Location was good. Cleanliness was good.

Price was expensive for the facilities and the date of the property. But to be expected in a mining town.
