The rooms are clean, spacious and very comfortable. They also have an amazing view to the fiords. The personnel are very kind and helpful. They did accommodate all our requests. The breakfast was delicious and they had a lot of options to choose from. The spa and pool facilities are a great alternative to have a relaxing afternoon. There’s a bus stop nearby that connects with the city centre, from where you can take buses to get to anywhere in the island.

The rooms get a bit hot on sunny days and the air conditioning is not very good. Given what they charge I’d have expected free entrance to the casino that is on the same facility, but that is not provided. The Mediterran restaurant is expensive for the dishes they serve, which were not as tasty.

Our room, a presidential suite was excellent, a stunning view, but lacked basic amenities, such as a coffee machine or an electric kettle. Furniture and and curtains looked tired. Lobby and general hotel facilities need an update, maybe a bit more focuse on guest experience than milking financial results of the operation… “The Cevicheria” restaurant needs a visit from a senior chef to put it up to standard. We had ceviches for two weeks frim the Atacama to Chiloé, and though the serving was large, it was by far the poorest ceviche we had in Chile…

Very comfy, clean, elegant, spacious! It has a very nice spa with all you need to relax and treat yourself to a wonderful experience.

Everything was great. I would only suggest starting breakfast at 7 for those who are traveling for work purposes and need to begin the day very early. Nothing very different to the 7:30 starting time you have today.

They do not use the dining room for lunch/dinner. Just for breakfast. Also I missed a good bar to have coctails
