🚫 The swimming pool is there for decoration only The Arctic Sea of Greenland is nothing compared to its temperature 🤣.... If I entered in it I could register myself as a walrus... -1P -breakfast is not too good. Especially that the bakery products don't have a 'fresh' feeling at all. More likely they were prepared days before. Juices are OK but very dilluted. - 1P -smart tv in room very slow and sometimes has problems connecting to wifi - 1P

Rooms are spacious, it’s located in a quiet neighbourhood and staff was very friendly and authentic. One specific receptionist saved my night because I received a wrong order and she went out of her way to get me the right one. Breakfast was good!

It was raining so I couldn’t use the pool! More seriously: nothing, it was amazing for the money I’ve paid!

I prefer smaller hotels and really liked this one. Not only was it very clean, but there were also fresh, fragrant lilies in the lobby and another hallway, which made it smell really nice. My room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had many choices, and eggs could be cooked to order.

I can't really think of anything I didn't like here.

The breakfast was great! They had lots of different breads and fruit to try. They also would make you scrambled eggs and ham if you wanted it. They had different fruit drinks and hot drinks you could make as well. The staffed was so helpful and friendly! I think it's been one of the nicest staffs we've ever dealt with! Very accommodating and helpful. Someone said on another review that there wasn't any hot water. There actually is hot water. You just have to let the water run for a minute or two then turn on the cold water to get the right temperature. The hotel is very clean and has a beautiful garden inside the courtyard.

The location and the property itself was very nice.

The pool was dirty. The parking was a bit difficult because only one car could pull in at a time so if we wanted to leave and someone was behind us, we had to ask them to move their vehicle.

Excellent cleanliness and attention to detail. Staff very friendly and attentive. Very quiet and restful location. Breakfast was excellent.

The shower needed to adjusted while in, it as the mixer did hold the same flow constantly, Just a minor thing that needs adjustment

I like how big the rooms are, the bathroom. air conditioner and blow dryer worked very well.

for me it wasn’t a issue, but something to be aware of, it’s the shower. water indeed is hot but make sure it’s the right temperature before you enter. I had to make sure my kids did the same. also the internet upstairs was not reliable. but as I was on vacation, I checked my stuff downstairs and came to my room and just forgot about cellphone altogether.

Loved the balcony in the Junior Suite. Great breakfast. Quiet. Staff was super accommodating bringing me hot water to make tea, extra blankets, an iron, etc…

Chairs in common areas and rug on stairs are covered in plastic, is a bit tacky.

It’s very comfortable, exactly as in the pictures.

We had an unfortunate event of a house next door having a huge party on our first night. Not the hotel’s fault, but it was hard to sleep.

The beautiful central garden, swimming pool and sauna.

Lighting in the bedroom. It would be better a functional lighting with a lamp on each beds side and a light in working area.
