Fantastic location, lots of bars and restaurants and right on the beachfront. Apartments are furnished with everything you need and very clean having just been refurbished.. The pool is lovely and quiet

Pool desperately needs shade/parasols. No showers in France outside at the moment.

Spacious apartment with garden. The light in the apartment. The kitchen equipment. Everything like dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer was there. Earthly colours which is very tranquil for the eye. There was an odour in the bathroom on the first day, which I reported. Next day the technician was there. But the odour was already gone. I had a lovely Swedish massage at the Thalasso. Our bicycles could stay in the garden. Secure and safe parking. We had dinner in the hotel. Although the filet de boeuf was delicious, the portion was really too small. And saying that the onions are from Toulouse and the potatoes from France, well we found it comical. Overall we had a lovely stay!

The cleanliness could be better. The outside table was dirty when we arrived. The corners in the rooms are not cleaned well.

Fantastic helpful customer service, phoned when accommodation was ready early, allowed me to check out later. Accommodation was really comfortable, clean, spacious, amazing balcony with a perfect sea view.

Basically it is a very large, spacious and comfortable apartment. Let down by a few flaws.

The WC did not work. We reported this on the first day of our stay and nothing was done. The bath looks as though its base is cracked. There is no mounting for the shower head. A number of electric bulbs did not work. This large, well-appointed property is let down by a few details.

Loud noise from the campsite every night until 12am! Apartment dated and some communal areas are dirty.

Venue was located close to the beach and within walking distance of bars and restaurants.

Granted, we had chosen an apartment that wasn't overlooking the gardens. Instead we were overlooking a very busy road and opposite a holiday park with a water park which obviously attracts shouting squealing kids. I wouldn't mind this if I had chosen a family holiday like this, but I hadn't - it was a couple's holiday. The facilities were very old and tired - chipped paintwork on the furniture and walls, soft furnishings and ornaments that were shown on the photographs were no longer there, the kitchen area must have been at least 20 years old. Couldn't find the bathroom light switch until we read historical reviews on here and someone else had said it was behind the towels! Complete lack of information either from the hotel staff or within the apartment, either about the hotel facilities or surrounding area. To avoid the £86 cleaning fee, we were expected to clean the apartment, which wasn't a problem, although the mop they leave for you to use actually made the floor dirtier!!

the hotel is great but we are at the residence and the room they give us was in front of the camping at the 1st floor!! (it’s low seasons) they could offer more for but they didn’t ! for the prices we paid, we could stay in another place near by for more than a week!! it was our mistake booking the residence ! terrible bed!! nothing was ready… the bed for kids and etc..… horrible noise at night… the camping in front making a party!! if i would like that horrible noise i would have it only for 200€ a week !! but as i don’t want it so it was so terrible for paying this double price and having such a low standard !!
