Very nice and comfortable hotel in a central, but very quiet location in the Zillertal. The hotel allows dogs in a selection of the rooms, which we welcomed very much! Rooms are very nice and complete, beds are very comfortable, breakfast was extensive and dinner was excellent! Staff was very friendly and helpfull, so definitely worth a next visit!

Dogs are allowed in the hotel (in a selection of the rooms), but the restaurant has very limited capacity for families with a dog, which we feel is a mismatch. Many families would like to take their dog with them to breakfast and dinner, which is not always possible. Unfortunately the weather wasn't always that good during our stay either, but the hotel certainly provides you an excellent place to rest and relax, even during times of bad weather!

We had a really enjoyable stay here and would definitely return. Everything you need in the room was catered for, tea/coffee, complimentary fruit and chocs. Plug sockets convenient. Comfy bed. Decent bathroom Beds were comfy, bedroom was spacious, clean and new. Breakfast was impressive. Staff very attentive on reception and at breakfast. A nice chilled vibe in the lobby bar and complimentary welcome drink which was a nice touch.

Hotel is very nice; the food was great; We had breakfast and dinner; the room was also very nice with very nice view! I would like to Thank You to the staff because they have made possible to have the room a little bit earlier ( pregnant in 8 Months) and for me that was heavenly because I could to sleep and to relax after 3 hours of driving... and this thing was really a nice gesture that shows that the customers are very important for them! so Thank very very much!

The only minus I can find is the Spa area/ Pool area; is a little bit to small for such a big hotel ; In the future will be perfect if they make also a pool outside, with more sun loungers; really it need it!

The design of the hotel, the atmosphere of the rooms and the SPA, were really awesome. The facilities are great, the swimming pool has a decent size, the saunas are very nice. My personal favorite is the steam room with the lights and aroma therapy. We ha a very spacious room, with a small sauna of our own, and with a cool view to the gardens and the local creek.

The service in the restaurant was a bit slow and inattentive. They did care and were nice when they were there, but you often had to wait longer times for someone to come your way. I think they might have been understaffed when we were there, as it is out of season generally, but the hotel was quite full.

Everything was exceptional. To be honest we had been very disappointed in the past by overnight stays in Austria (rude, conservative, inflexible staff) and were expecting the worst, but the staff here were lovely and accommodating. The rooms felt very luxurious for the price. The dinner and breakfast were amazing, also especially for the price. Loved the pool and saunas. One of the best nights of our trip. Thank you!

The only possible criticism I could have is that I wish the saunas had longer opening times (later and in the morning) and wish the pool were open all day but I understand that this might not be possible logistically

Staying at VAYA was a great experience. Amazingly decorated, very clean with nice staff, I can only praise the hotel. Things to especially highlight: - Excellent restaurant with both Vegan and Vegetarian options. And Vegan options were delicious! - Locker room at the Kaltenbach lift so no need to cary skis every day. - Ski Bus station right at the hotel. - Pool was clean and spacious.

This that could be improved: - The parking situation was slightly confusing (it's not clear if spaces are closed or not). - For some reason the bathroom heating is on a very short (~minutes) timer.

Perfect place to relax and regain strength after hiking for days. Could easily spend a month here. Late check-out was possible and super convenient. Fantastic breakfast. Great bed. Beautiful view. Good spa. Nice design.

Staff in bar was forgetful and looked a bit stressed, not smoothly communicating. Long wait for the drinks for 2 times, one time the order seemed to have disappeared?

everything was superlative. Extraordinary accommodation, everything new, well-kept, discreet food, delicious every time. Bus in front of the accommodation to go skiing and the train 5 minutes walking distance from the accommodation. If I travel to the Zillertal valley again, I will definitely choose the same accommodation.

The rooms are modern and spacious. Especially liked the wooden floors. The hotel has a nice pool to take a dip after a day of skiing and an adjacent sauna. Plenty of parking close to the hotel and 5-10 minutes by car from the Kaltenbach ski lift. Dinner was excellent and the breakfast buffer has everything you need in the morning. Overall, excellent stay for a weekend and would book again.

We got a free drink voucher which was nice! The breakfast is broad and rich, the pool and sauna were nice, there’s even a small river near the hotel, and the location is the most beautiful place in Tirol.

Parking is €8 a night, which adds up pretty quickly if you’re staying for more than a few days. Plus, you have to walk upwards in the street to get to the parking.
