Since the first moment of my arrival at this beautiful resort I was fascinated by stuff, facilities and service.Manager Vladimir on reception was very professional on all our demands. Restaurants chef Botir aka organized amazing atmosphere,making breakfasts and dinners.Food was tasty, desserts are delicious,we were fully satisfied.Resort provide a spacious minivan to all attractions around.I would like to visit this beautiful place on Summer time

An amazing location and views of the mountains, we spent early April here as you can see the mountain tops still in snow and it's not too hot or too cold during night and day 😍 The hotel staff are super friendly and helpful to guide you around the area and to take a taxi to the attractions around. The hotel facilities were beyond our expectations and we really enjoyed using the gym, swimming pool, sauna, spa and the Cinema Theatre! Our bungalow was spacious and clean. I 100% recommend this stay if you want to unwind from the noise of the city. The only downside we faced during our stay was that the breakfast was not as fresh as we had liked it to be.

We had a very nice stayin Archazor. The location has amazing views. Staff is very nice but the level of English is low. Nonetheless, we managed with translation apps for more complex questions. They can organise taxis for visiting the area.Rooms are very modern and big. We had four meals in the restaurant and the food was one of the best we had in Uzbekistan. Spa is also good. I tried a massage as well and I can only recommend it. A very nice start to our holiday in Uzbekistan.

Pretty much the best choice in the town. Fantastic views of the snow clad mountains. Excellent facilities though the pool and steam/sauna area felt a bit grimy. The private theater was a very nice touch. We had a family moive which we saw and we had the theatre to ourselves. Good rooftop restaurant.

More English speaking staff would be nice. More information on area's attractions would be helfpful. Can make the pool area more inviting

We stayed here for 3 nights after travelling through Uzbekistan for 12 days, and we loved every moment of our stay. The bungalow was big bright and clean with a comfy bed; the restaurant was good with helpful staff and enough variety for 3 nights, and the pool and small fitness room were perfect for our needs. The staff were always helpful and friendly. Special mention goes to the view of the mountains from the pool and the terrace breakfast. That was amazing.

Nothing. Transport was easy: we arrived via 250,000 Som Yandex Taxi, and the hotel organised a 450,000 transfer back to Tashkent. This is more expensive than Yandex, but still good value for a two hour journey, plus we wanted the certainty of a ride back as we had to catch a train. There are some comments in other reviews about nearby construction. There is some work happening on the nearby road. It's a bit messy, but it didn't impact our stay at all! My only advice for the hotel is to get a decent Coffee machine at the breakfast bar. We had a good machine in our room, but avoided the coffee at breakfast 😉

Good, clean rooms, with views to die for. There was plenty of snowfall during our stay, so the mountains were blanketed in pristine white snow and frosted trees. The hotel arranged for a "taxi" to take us to the cable car station which is less than a 10-minute ride from the hotel. In terms of entertainment, there is a private cinema that you can book and request movies to see on during the day. There is also a ping pong table, toddler play area, a game room with 2 PS5s, and a few board games. There is only one restaurant in the hotel, but everything we ordered from the ala carte menu was great. The restaurant staff were also very helpful.

Communication was the hardest part of our stay since most of the staff do not speak even basic English (especially the ladies at the reception). Thank heavens for translation apps, otherwise we wouldn't have survived. There is very little information from the hotel about the attractions in the area. We were not allowed to do a late check out even though the hotel was practically empty. Our flight was not until the evening, so we had to hang out at the lobby for a long time while waiting to go to the airport. The breakfast spread was very limited and did not change at all for 3 straight days.

For a cheap price you can get amazing views of the mountain and modern rooms. The room exceeded my expectations. Everything is provided, toothbrushes, slippers, bathrobes, and....kitchenware!! They even leave a bottle of wine (for a price if you consume). We booked the bungalow with patio 😍😍😍 They also have good breakfast in a well lit and glass walled restaurant which offer again amazing views of the mountain. The receptionists were really nice and accommodating 🙌🙌 We only stayed for a night but would have loved to extend if we did not have anything planned for our trip. This place is very much worth it.

We visited during winter and the road going to the hotel was slippery and a bit dangerous. So better ask the hotel to pick you up from wherever you are coming from to avoid accidents. Our driver had to ask for help to tow his car to the main road because he got stuck outside the hotel.

Great location, lots of indoor facilities, like cinema, sauna, fitness room, playground, table tennis. They improved the restaurant menu and services. Neat room with a view and a reading nook, a huge bed.

The hotel has an amazing view to the mountains, and the spa is amazing to relax (that if you go when the children are not there). The staff were very nice, although the taxis they organized for us were pretty expensive for the normal standard in Uzbekistan. The room was clean

The property does look pretty out dated, you can also see that it’s not very maintained. Children were allowed in the spa area, it is very hard to relax with children throwing balls around and leaving the doors open of the sauna.
