Rooms was clean and close to most stuff

No breakfast Got call to confirm my stay and said yes and said I was already in town for work ask what time was check in and told 3 and said ok then when I got done working got there around 5 To check in she told me they already charge me a nights stay because I didn’t check in at 4:00 ( told the lady I was call at noon to confirm I was still staying and told her what was said and I was never told be there before 4 to check in ) so my card was charge extra and had get that all fix’s ) But they did take care of it

The overall stay experience was excellent. I had stayed here before and loved it. Bed was comfortable and room was a nice size.

The keys malfunctioned at the end of the night, but the front desk employee quickly resolved that problem. The toilet made a howling type of noise after flushing, but it wasn't a big deal.

Excellent quality - beds were comfy, the attendants were polite and helpful, room was sparkling clean and updated to current modern standards. The pool attendant worked hard to maintain the water for.an optimal swim . Our stay checked all the boxes for an amazing affordable price!! Will definitely stay again!

Staff was friendly. They asked me how my day was when I checked in and how my stay was when I checked out...all with a smile.

My room needed to be swept a little bit better around the bed. When I see things like that, I immediately think to leave my sandles on.

Clean and comfortable. We felt safe. It’s always a nice place to stay when you’re on a budget. We really like it there. It’s quiet. We liked how when we first walked in AC was already on. That was nice of them.

Everything was great! I would say a little more thorough cleaning on the floors. There were crumbs here and there. Not a big deal.

It was close to my work location

I think the property need to do a better job on cleaning when a previous guest had a pet in the room. The room smelled like a pet was in the room, the room had a urine smell. I had to burn candles to get rid of the smell.

I liked the room I stayed in and the location of it. The TV in my room had plenty of channels. The room didn't smell, was nice and clean. There wasn't a lot of noise during the night and the staff was friendly.

I didn't like the complication of the lock to my room going out on checkout day but the staff was very accommodating and remedied the situation as soon as was possible. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The location is excellent for access to main highway or town. There are excellent restaurants in walking distance. the room was spacious and well furnished, the bathroom had a full size toilet, and tub. Heat and A/C excellent. Very nice pool. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

It’s clean and feels safe. KPD is just down the street. The staff is so nice and welcoming. This is our third year returning for our Anniversary. We won’t book anywhere else. We love it here.

Friendly, clean, washer and dryer available, across the street from a very good Mexican restaurant, and 5 min from grocery store and everything else. I made the trip to visit my mom and was very glad that i did thank you.

I was charged extra for pet daily. it adds up especially. when you're a long way from home.
