- Good location to explore the Thaya Valley National Park and Znojmo - Good facilities: good restaurant, good playground on premises, indoor play corner for children, sufficient fitness room - Two lovely people in the staff: look for the rose-haired waitress and the brown-haired receptionist/manager - they are exceptional.

- I hate limits to pay by card, especially in a country with a different currency from EUR, this is annoying. Having only a card to pay with, the waitress refused to provide a coffee in the restaurant. Just after we paid hundreds for our stay and consummation. This should not happen in a 4* hotel. - The wellness is very basic. If you only need a pool and a nice view you are good. We had to ask extra that the whirlpool and steam sauna are turned on. Cold shower only. - Except the 2 above mentioned persons and the cleaning ladies, the rest of the staff does not seem to be helpful

We were in a beautiful suite, all was fine, clean and high standard. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I have been in this place about 4x before over the years, never any issues. Excellent breakfast. Pool was warm, steam room functional. Our suite was quiet. Good restaurant, available tennis court, bowling, small fitness room, wellness section, outside seating areas, sufficient parking, good wifi. This is well managed facility on par with good world standard, but still reasonable in cost.

If I wanted to be really picky: Would have been nice to upgrade TV to larger one (there were 2 TVs, one for each room, the bigger one perhaps 30in). Better hotels worldwide now offer large TVs. Few stains on carpet could have been cleaned in our room. Most fitness rooms have mirrors, it would be helpful to have one there. But these are minor issues barely worth mentioning.

Tasty breakfast and dinner in the restaurant. Also, the free entry to the wellness was fine. Location near Dyje river and winery all around

The minibar wasn't working. There was a long wait for service in the restaurant. There was a steam bath, but the cold shower room was locked; we had to take a hot shower in the cloakroom.

Good breakfast, great restaurant, wather park and sun terrace.

There was no bathrobe in the room. Not all servers speak English, but they are diligent

Big comfortable room, has a free pool, free parking, quiet surounding.

Stuff speaks only local language (no english, no german, no polish). They have pption to pay in card, but always trybto get cash from you, not accepting bank cards for small amounts

Clean and very comfortable rooms, bedrooms and wellness all in one place. Massage therapist was excellent. She gets 5 stars.

Wonderful place for exploring the area and really good cook in the restaurant. Food was exceptional.

Water in the swimming pool was a bit cold and people in the whirlpool definitely did not like kids 😁.

Location near wine tasting and hikes. Beautiful views. very new and clean modern facilities.

Jacuzzi was not as warm as I would have expected. I needed to use towels from our room fat the pool/spa, but these are very minor points.

-> dinner in on-site restaurant -> breakfast -> reasonable room size -> staff -> free parking

-> low water pressure in shower -> double bed consisted of two separate mattresses, which had tendency to move in opposite directions

breakfast was fine.... room is spacious and bed was comfy

it was just awkward for the swimming pool with time limit..
