This apartment hotel offers nice and clean room with facilities for cooking. Microwave with grill, oven-top, dishwashing machine, toaster, coffee machine, and needed cutlery are available. Location is great in the heart of the city, with several restaurants, bars, hotels, shops, shopping center and full supermarket within walking distance (100m away). Common laundry room available in the hotel.

This apartment hotel does not have any reception nor personnel to assist you with any request at local. Check-in to hotel is done via receiving doors access pin code online by message or email late afternoon at 16:00, and there was not possible to check-in earlier. Hotel service has very slow response speed to any request sent by messages or email (several days), but telephone service can handle issues when needed. No daily cleaning nor weekly cleaning service included to room price, which is a pity if having a long term stay.

the location of the apartment was super good, near from train station, in the middle of the square in Vaasa, which have all what you need supermarkt, restaurant and bars. 15 min walking from beach. good location if you plan to set on Vaasa for caple of night and complete trip.

only thing which i had issue with my stay with WIFI connection was weak and sometimes get disconnected it from device multiple times which affect me, i don't know if the problem in my room but when i going outside on corridor single will be full.

Forenom Vaasa does not include breakfast as a standard but it can be separately ordered from Forenom customer service and is it served at nearby coffee shop (Espresso House). Variety of items are available but it is not a buffet.

I have been several times as Forenom customer and this time my room multifunction oven in kitchenette did not function. I called Forenom customer service and they were very kind to change my room at my arrival, where everything was ok.

Everything was exactly as described. The apartment is right in the city centre, with restaurants, a buffet, and Citymarket all close by. Despite the central location, I was able to sleep peacefully – the apartment is well-insulated and very quiet. The internet worked perfectly, and most importantly, the place was super clean. I give it a solid 10 out of 10!

The apartment was right at the center of the city, just around 50 meters from the closest store and bars. Room was clean enough and the layout was functional.

The bathroom and shower showed some aging. The kitchen was also quite basic and there was no freezer in the fridge. The view of the apartment we were staying in had a view to a courtyard so this is more of a double bladed sword, it was quiet at the courtyard but it would've been nice to have a view to the city center even though that might've added some noise to the apartment.

- It would be nice to have some shelf or nightstand next to the bed - Noise from the outside, but that is undestandable given the location of the hotel

The place was clean and safe.location was superb city center.

In the morning there is a contruction going so we woke up early and there were no a.c. it is summer time so kinda humid.inside the place.

A nice, clean, compact and new condition apartment with small kitchen. Great location nearby city center.

A small problem with the door code when entering the building, but the helpdesk via phone helped quickly.

The location can’t be more in the centre than this Apartment. All shops, restaurants and market place are within 5 minutes walk. Even it was in the centre, it wasn’t noisy. Furniture, Bathroom etc is modern.

It's almost impossible to stay so many days without the option to open the windows.
