The staff was really nice at all moments. Booking was easy and we were expected at the time of our arrival.
The price was extremely high considering the facilites, toiletteries and the size of the room. Also, the cleaning of the room could have been better.

The hotel had parking which was a big help and great location. The breakfast was great as well. Had a good one day stay and highly recommend it.

It is an Ibis hotel so no surprise, same all around the world ! Breakfast OK
During the check in , the reception didn't offer me to pay in USD as I am not a chilian, to avoid taxes, unprofessional from the hotel staff. The shower was not clean, there was hair stuck to the tiles.......................................
