Good communication, parking place, nice and warm. No problem with the invoice. Good enough wi-fi.

You have to be careful when you make a reservation for example for 3 persons apartment like we does. Finally we had two separate kind of apartments, one with small kitchen so whoever sleep in the other apartment have to be travel to make a food in to the apartment with kitchen..

I loved the nature. This hotel is located in a picturesque place with swans, other chirping birds. There is a lovely pond just behind the hotel. But mostly I appreciate that staff also spoke English and spoke German slower once they understood I was not German but now some German. i tried to my best speaking German; however, it was my first time speaking the language ever, so it was nice of them to help out! On top of this, this hotel is pets friendly which is a priority for us! The food was very tasty. I definitely recommend this place

The tiles in the bathroom were rather cold. I would recommend to have flip flops with you or some kind of slippers. Other than that everything was wonderful

The location was wonderful. The host looked after us, and the magnificent breakfast she prepared was delicious and presented in such a thoughtful way - and so much to choose from. This lady knows how to run a hotel and look after her guests. Sitting out in the garden, overlooking the lake and just enjoying the tranquility was a highlight

We absolutely loved this place! the location was perfect, such a beautiful place in the middle of nature park! 8 minutes walk to a lake! The stuff was super kind and helpful and we felt very welcomed. our apartment was spacious and quiet and comfortable. and the restaurant is soooo good! we ate there every day and everything was delicious. we will definitely come here again!

The location of this hotel is absolutely breathtaking. It is surrounded by amazing, beautiful, old forest with great trials for walking and cycling. If you like nature you probably won’t find better place. Our room was nice and cozy, with big, comfortable bed, table, couch and plenty of shelves to put your stuff. Bathroom is practical and clean. The restaurant serves really nice, homemade food made with quality ingredients. It has great terrace. Breakfast is tasty and you won’t leave hungry.

I liked it all except two very minor details: in the bathroom there could be a tiny soap by the sink. It also takes long time before the water in the shower is warm enough. In the summer for adults it’s not that big of a problem but people with small kids may find it difficult.
