Like the room, the decor, the breakfast, the room was comfortable.

Staff in the Hard Rock Cafe were not helpful. We were given complementary coupons for food and drinks which were not explained and we were left confused as to what was actually was complementary. When the food arrived it was very poor. We had told the hotel in advance that it was our anniversary.... if these complementary tickets were a gesture of good will ....there are better ways to do.... a wine or fruit in the room or happy hour standard drinks. This was not good PR for the hotel.

Great location with convenient access to public transport (underground). The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Friendly staff and a good on-site restaurant. The hotel is located just across the street from an air-conditioned shopping mall. A modern and well-maintained place.

The staff’s communication in English needs further improvement. However, they were always willing to accommodate requests through phone translation.

We booked a suite and it was excellent. The view, the decoration, the size of the room. Breakfast was very good as well. The room we booked was supposed to have access to the executive lounge, but there wasn’t much happening there, maybe it was closed. They offered us a daily happy hour treat at the hard rock cafe on 1st floor instead.

There was a second toilet in the suite, but it didn’t have towels nor soap. The requirement to wear a swimming cap to access the swimming pool is completely unnecessary

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times now. It is conventiently located between Dongguan and Shenzhen. The mall across the street offers anything you could possible miss in the hotel.

The swimming pool is opened from 10.00 to 18.00. I would like to have a swim in the evening after a long day of work.

Fabulous hotel! I loved it! After this experience I will always search for Hard Rock during my travels if available. The rooms are marvelous, the huge bathroom with huge round bath, wow. The corridors are great, the lifts, everywhere you feel like a pop star, haha. Services of first class.

Excellent location, just minutes to metro station and MH Mall. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially Jessie Doug who gave us a nice corner unit with an excellent view. I guess that day was not too busy, we got our room when we arrived at noon. We even received a birthday cake from the hotel because we came here to celebrate our niece’s birthday.

The reception area was a bit tight, luckily we came in low season.

Service is very good, people very nice and kind. this is the second time i choose this hotel.

I think there should has another swimming pool only for adult people. I like swimming but in the swimming pool full with kids. This is the only thing i am not satisfy this time.

Breakfast Food could have had more western options. Hard rock cafe food was good but service was terrible. Forgotten orders, food was delivered cold, and it was really quite, not busy so reason for this.

I loved the huge bathtub and the bed in our large single room!! We travelled with our cat and the hotel prepared a litter box, cat litter, cat bed, food and drink bowls for our cat, how lovely! We also liked the design and the music, it has really good vibes. The staff was really kind and helpful with us, they made our stay fabulous, we're so thankful! Breakfast was nice and delicious and luckily it's available until 10.30. Overall, it was an outstanding hotel experience *.*
