The whole experience was amazing! The staff was very friendly and always willing to assist the best they could. Some of the staff didn't know English but we were able to communicate very well whether using Portuguese or the translator. The cleaning is done every day, they provide you new sets of towels and supplies according to what has already been used. For a 2* hotel it is a pretty good place to stay and with excellent customer service! Definitely worth the price! We would definitely recommend and go back!

The only down side was that due to the isolation we weren't able to get our bathing suits and towels to dry - which didn't at all impact our stay.

Breakfast was great for the price. The room was large and with a view. Great value for money.

Noisy place, you could hear other guests in the hallways and outside as if they were in the room. There is no information in other language than Spanish. Lots of signs everywhere warning about stuff or about hotel rules and no English at all. Taking into account that there were lots of foreign tourists there at the time and it was off season, I found it strange.

The breakfast was a buffet style all you can eat. And had enough options for us who were a bit sick of all the spanish bread by then. So the value for money and location is really great. The rooms are clean and comfortable. But it is a hotel (lots of people) not a private cosy place.

We booked this place especially because of the hot tubs that were shown as available on the website. I even wrote them ahead of time to make sure they will be open. They replied that they will get back to me and then never did and the hot tubs of course were closed. So if you want hot tubs, make sure you call them in advance!

Very nice place. Excellent location for those who wish to explore one of the most interesting parts of the Batural Park. Nice restaurant just across the road. Welcoming staff. Pet friendly. Reccomended.

Excellent sleep and in the morning awaits you an extensive breakfast. Have a cooling swim after a walk in the Picos de Europa. Very clean and proper hotel, inner and outer is well maintained. For dinner or a glass of wine/beer the very popular La Casa Fabada restaurant on the opposit of the road is the place to go.

Great location between the town and Lagos Covadonga. Staff was very nice. Pool and jacuzzi were great

Friendly Staff. Clean room and bathroom. Couldn't eat breakfast as we had to leave earlier to be able to go to the lakes of Covadonga, the access road closing at 8:00 AM.

Proximity of the road. Proximity of loud bars and restaurants late into the night.

The pool was lovely after a long trip over the mountains on the bike, staff extremely helpful, located next to a main road, but not that busy, nice little village with quite a few restaurants.

Nothing not to like

It was a great place to stay for the night, we was allowed to park our motorcycles down under cover in a safe area. Pool was lovely. 100% value for money. Breakfast was great with excellent choice.

Friendly staff

No extra bed was availble, they assumed we will share our twin bed with our 5 year old! The room was smelling tabacco.
