It had a pool and had a very relaxed atmosphere. The staff were very helpful ordering us taxis as we didn't have a hire car.

The breakfast was exactly the same every day and we would have liked a variation but understand it was a hotel where people tend to stay only one or two nights. We would have liked to have a fridge for keeping things chilled. The hot Tubs were lukewarm so we didn't use them.

The whole experience was amazing! The staff was very friendly and always willing to assist the best they could. Some of the staff didn't know English but we were able to communicate very well whether using Portuguese or the translator. The cleaning is done every day, they provide you new sets of towels and supplies according to what has already been used. For a 2* hotel it is a pretty good place to stay and with excellent customer service! Definitely worth the price! We would definitely recommend and go back!

The only down side was that due to the isolation we weren't able to get our bathing suits and towels to dry - which didn't at all impact our stay.

Breakfast was great for the price. The room was large and with a view. Great value for money.

Noisy place, you could hear other guests in the hallways and outside as if they were in the room. There is no information in other language than Spanish. Lots of signs everywhere warning about stuff or about hotel rules and no English at all. Taking into account that there were lots of foreign tourists there at the time and it was off season, I found it strange.

The breakfast was a buffet style all you can eat. And had enough options for us who were a bit sick of all the spanish bread by then. So the value for money and location is really great. The rooms are clean and comfortable. But it is a hotel (lots of people) not a private cosy place.

We booked this place especially because of the hot tubs that were shown as available on the website. I even wrote them ahead of time to make sure they will be open. They replied that they will get back to me and then never did and the hot tubs of course were closed. So if you want hot tubs, make sure you call them in advance!

Facilities great

Was a bit strange to turn up at the hotel location we booked via booking.com only to be told we were actually staying at a different hotel within the same chain 10 minutes drive away although this did work to our favour as the hotel we eventually stayed in was perfect

Easy access by public transportation and private car. Decent size room. Good WiFi. Varied breakfast options. Loved the pool and many restaurants option nearby.

No AC and the table fun in the room was really small for a hot summer day.

although we booked at La Pasera we were sent to Hotel Cerro La Nina, we weren’t disappointed, La Nina is a great hotel in a more secluded location with underground parking.

Very nice place. Excellent location for those who wish to explore one of the most interesting parts of the Batural Park. Nice restaurant just across the road. Welcoming staff. Pet friendly. Reccomended.

The pool was lovely after a long trip over the mountains on the bike, staff extremely helpful, located next to a main road, but not that busy, nice little village with quite a few restaurants.
