Really liked the location and all the amenities it had to offer. Had a great little bar inside that was very convenient. Nice restaurant for breakfast also! Inside the hotel was quite beautiful. It has a really cool inside courtyard that goes all the way up to the roof with nice big beams spanning across. Very cool.

Not that I "didn't like" it ... but just for your information, its not a new hotel. The carpets throughout are not dirty for say ... but just an older style that looks like it could be getting close to end of life. Carpets were clean though! Everyone works really hard there and you can tell.

This property is clean nice and close to the lake you can walk to the lake .

I don’t like that they closed the restaurant . If you want something to eat you need to order from the bar. But the food isn’t very good . Taco Bell and Subway is you’re better option and it’s directly across the street the subway and right next-door is Taco Bell..

The staff was awesome! I interacted with the late night staff who was fabulous and friendly. She helped me with getting a second room and made sure they were next to each other and in an area that was quiet. The morning staff was very sweet and friendly. She heard the reason for our travels and she took time to listen and talk with me. The restaurant staff were fast and attentive. The food was delicious. The hotel it's self was older but in a beautiful way. I felt like I was staying in a historical building with beautiful architecture.

The cooling system is a bit noisy, but I guess that comes with older buildings. Pillows could be a little upgraded. For me, it would make a huge difference with feeling more luxury.

The rooms were really comfortable and spacious and everyone at the hotel was very welcoming. There was an extensive breakfast menu available.

Clearlake as a location was not at all what we expected. It is really run down and the lake smells bad. Logistically it was a good stop off place for us on our trip and the hotel itself was lovely.

I only had to walk across the street and parking lot for my doctor's appointment. The bar was open and served food, which was a relief for me and my son. We didn't have to leave the hotel to eat. The food was great. I was amazed how beautiful the inside of the hotel was especially with the running water structure. My son will be returning with his family.

We had a lakeview king suite and it was perfect. Plenty of room and the bed was comfortable.

Through no fault of the hotel, there was a man outside yelling in the morning hours on one of the days we were there.

Excellent facility, but a noisy, obnoxious group of guests in the room next to ours started partying loudly at 5:45 am and ruined our stay. Not the hotel’s fault; awful behavior by that group of guests.

I would like to commend the bartender and the chef who prepared my dinner during my stay. The bartender was friendly and took excellent care of me. The chef came out and talked to me about the menu and prepared an excellent meal for me. It was a very personal touch and I felt like I was rich and famous. ;-)

Checkin not until 3. That is late. No one mentioned anything about breakfast at all. Even when we were checking out. For 160.00 for one night I believe it should’ve been better. The lady in lounge was terrific when we got fries as a snack.

it was clean . staff was great .

they said it wasn’t dog friendly . but there was dog on property. yes I know about service animals but none of them had a service vest on. other then that a nice place . I would stay a gain.
