Fairly good location + parking

The pictures shown are of the main hotel we were in a annex, hotel 2 so had to walk to the the main hotel for breakfast also the shower was in need of a good clean. No water supplied and no tea/coffee facility

Our original room was very small and cramped, without any problems we were immediately moved to a larger room

About 1200m walk into old town but no problem

Breakfast could have been better, yet overall impression is still overwhelmingly positive

The location was good especially to the train station which was a short walk away. Also, some good places to eat nearby without having to go to the centre of Mesagne. Breakfast was nice the next morning. Also, had a good cocktail. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Had a good comfortable sleep.

The downstairs part of the hotel was modern in appearance but upstairs, the room decor was from the 1970s which I found strange for a 3 star hotel. I think the hotel needs to invest in upgrading their rooms to a more modern look, even room by room instead of all together if too expensive as this is expected nowadays or you may not get return guests/business. This would attract more varied tourists, business people etc. The tv remote had a piece coming off which was a bit annoying. The air conditioning did not work. There needs to be a small partition on the balcony which is shared with the room next door as otherwise, there is no privacy. The dinner menu is very limited and basic, could be improved to gain more business.

Staff were all fantastic and accommodated our last-minute request. Heating and WiFi worked great. Free parking in a dedicated parking lot behind the building. Breakfast was good.

Overall a very good experience! However smell of smoke in bathroom from neighbor. Also bedspread seemed like it could use a wash.
