The hotel has a modern and very beautiful interior, and the staff at the reception were friendly. We quickly figured out the layout of the hotel rooms. The underground parking at the hotel has charging stations for electric cars, which was convenient for us. The room was clean, and we were very pleased with the kitchen. The mattress and pillows were perfect for sleeping, which is rare in hotels. The spa and pool areas were very clean. Breakfast was delicious and varied, and we really enjoyed the coffee. The beach area was clean compared to the surroundings. We also had dinner at the restaurant—while the menu was unusual, the dishes were tasty, and we left with a positive impression.

We were not satisfied with the room cleaning. They only cleaned the room around 3:00 PM. The cleaning consisted only of making the bed. They didn’t even change our towels. After we contacted the reception, they brought us fresh towels.

Nice property in a very nice location. It’s across the promenade from the beach and in Germany there are no private beaches so you need to rent your Strandkorb separately. The hotel is very family friendly without being a loud family hotel. We’ll return for sure.

No separate staff elevator: you wait a lot for the elevator because staff needs to use it as well. They are nice about it, but you just feel it. The breakfast is great in general but has a narrow selection of meats suitable for small children (it’s mostly smoked variations which are unsuitable - regular ham was only out a few of the days of our stay and was always gone quickly). The gluten-free bread was mouldy the one day in wanted to go for it - which was pretty yucky.

The hotel is right on the beach but still quiet and relaxed. The staff were superfriendly, quick and helpful. Everything was very stylish but comfortable. I booked a studio and it had everything you could possibly need, well equipped kitchenette, huge tv and lovely bathroom with rainfall shower and a hairdryer, and also a balcony with side sea view. I loved the pool area and swam every morning. Very calm and quiet atmosphere, which I felt throughout the hotel. And the highlight was the bathrobe - the softest, most comfortable bathrobe I´ve ever had. :-)

The only drawbacks were the slightly too hard bed and that initially it was a bit difficult to find my room.

Fantastic location, lovely staff, great facilities (the pool and sauna are so spacious clean and relaxing). The room had everything we needed and was very comfy. Loved the ease of streaming to the TVs from your phone apps. Would come back in a heartbeat!

If I had to say one thing is that we didn’t have an oven like described but that didn’t bother us and parking is a bit expensive but still worth it for the location. We had an apartment so didn’t book breakfast, which was a bit on the expensive side.

Very calming design, from the parking garage over the lobby to the room. Immediately feel on holiday. Location is right on the beach, you can hear the waves and seagulls from your room and will have a side view on the water. All aspects of the room are great, spacious, well equipped, comfortable bed. Food at the restaurant was a very positive surprise, often hotels disappointed us in the past here. Great breakfast buffet, dinner menu has plenty of variety to eat here 2-3 times during your stay and also offers gluten-free options (without compromise on taste) Spa area is large, pool has dedicated hours for swimming, large sauna area. Spa treatments are great. Only remark, if you don’t have children or don’t like them - avoid the peak holiday seasons as the hotel is very child friendly at that can limit your Spa experience. Overall we didn’t expect such a high quality hotel experience in Usedom, and plan already to come back.

Service in the restaurant is rather slow and unresponsive, staff has difficulty to speak German or English. It will test your patience. This doesn’t apply to the reception or spa staff.

we particularly appreciated the very friendly and helpful staff, the food at the restaurant and for the breakfast was amazing and quite varied, the location is very good even if you come by train, the spa area is really nice

there was no staff in the sauna area and some guests were really loud which made it difficult to relax, and a small detail - it was a bit cold in the room even though the heating was on the maximum, but I am sure this could have been arranged by quickly asking the reception

We have plenty of traveling experience around the world. Extremely rarely we are so positively surprised by a property, as we were about breeze. Everything was absolutely perfect during our stay (family with small baby). The property is new, estetic and very practical. Our apartment was large and had absolutely everything inside we could have needed or wished for (coffee machine, fridge, dish washer, baby chair, baby crib, back-out curtains, diaper bin, you name it, it was there). The location is also fantastic, right by the sea in the middle of the Promenade. The swimming pools (one large one for babies) and spa were wonderful, particularly for a cold bad weather day. We even received baby slippers and a baby bathrobe for our little one! The breakfast was incredible, with a very wide selection of vegetarian/ vegan, healthy, lactosefree, glutenfree options. I have only seen similar breakfast quality and selection in 5* superior hotels. The underground parking has electric chargers for every parking slot! And last but not least, the service was incredible and very similar to 5* hotel service. Everyone was kind and tried to help, they engaged wonderfully with our child and catered to our needs in a way that was much higher and better than we expected. Overall it was not a cheap stay, but the value for money was incredible and we cannot recommend breeze enough!

Very stylish, beautiful hotel with many amazing details. Some rooms have a kitchen equipped with everything, which is perfect if you're travelling with kids. There's also plenty of storage space in the room which we loved. Restaurant food options are wide variety, many veggie dishes too. We loved the special mushroom/truffle menu. Spa is also beautifully designed, 4 different saunas with relax areas. There's a kid pool as well as a proper big one. We loved the little shop opposite the reception "Bagged", it had really cool stuff. Would definitely return.

Keeping in mind it's a brand new hotel, they're doing their best. Some areas need improvement, such as: housekeeping - it should be 2x a day cleaning in a 5-star hotel, and more thourough. We felt the sand under our feet during our whole stay. Spa treatments: there should be a receptionist at the spa during opening times; the receptionist was the masseuse, which was a bit strange. She also asked directly for a tip, which is not so classy. Kids pool should be warmer and there could even be a hot tub. Some "Side-Seaview" rooms have really no sea view, so they should not be advertised as such. Would be nice to have roomservice, and smart TV.

The restaurant was pretty small and selection of food for breakfast was pretty small, more like four star in my opinion. Had hard time getting coffee, too. Dinner was also alright but not exceptional. Considering it’s an apartment maybe it’s reasonable though.

Great place, very friendly staff (the receptionist on the first evening did everything possible to fetch a bed and bowls for my dog and she even gave us double treats). A relaxing location and nice Spa. I fully recommend!
