The rooms are very spacious, though they could do with a bit more facilities (eg. Coat hangers..). We booked for one night but then extended it to 3 because it was very comfortable. Very good experience is the astronomic observation in the roof of the hotel. The guy running it does put a lot of passion into it and explains things very clearly. We also had quite a chat. He is definitely very prepared.

The restaurant was quite cold. We went there in winter (possibly the coldest winter in the past 25 years) and people do not understand the concept of "not letting the heat out", so everything is with open doors and heating ineffectively beaming hot air. Better than most restaurants in the town anyway, that are in open gardens

We loved everything and the beds and sheets were spotless and very comfortable. I was very appreciative when I lost my PDI emigration card, the lovely staff accepted my request to ask for a copy to be emailed to me several days later. They were very prompt and so kind as the next hotel I stayed in would have charged me local tax if I did not provide it. Thank you so much for a lovely stay

Everything was lovely, nothing negative at all to say. The hotel is very well kept with a nice courtyard with fountain and to the rear a nice pool to relax in the sun.

The hotel seem to be new, everything looked very pretty. The rooms were very big, the balcony was great, the hotel rooftop bar was really nice and the astronomical lesson and view was great :) The staff were friendly and helpful.

The fact that the hotel has no elevator should be mentioned clearly, as we had a big suitcase and baby stroller which were hard to carry up the stairs. The breakfast was a bit poor, i would suggest maybe to add some vegetables and pastries. We also had the smell of fresh paint in our room which was a bit annoying.

The hotel is in Vicuña, which is centrally located for exploring the Elqui Valley. The hotel is walkable to the stores, sights, and restaurants in the town.. They have access to a big securely fenced parking lot that has an electric gate that the desk clerk can open and watch by CCTV. The rooms and breakfast are very good, and the desk clerk is helpful. The hotel has a nice garden and some architectural charm.

The secure parking is one-half block down the street, but guests can drop off luggage in the reserved on-street space and drive ahead to park. The side of the hotel that faces Yungay Street gets nighttime noise from stray dogs barking and fighting. Not the hotel's fault, but you can ask for a room facing away from Calle Yungay is this a concern.

Good value, great location, parking included, nice roof terrace (with a hot tub — have to pay extra for that though). Breakfast had the basics.

Noise isolation of the room was terrible (we sleep with earplugs). In addition, the bathroom's air extractor made a lot of noise. The room could also use a water boiler by the very least.

The accommodation is clean and very comfortable, the staff couldn’t be more helpful and the location close to the lovely little town square is ideal. Coming back to the peaceful courtyard with the fountain after a day of exploring was always a pleasure. The breakfast was good and the food in the restaurant very good indeed. We particularly enjoyed learning about the stars on the rooftop in the evening.

Beautifully designed property with lots of outdoor seating areas. Spacious room, comfortable bed, ok bathroom. Passable restaurant, good breakfast. Friendly staff.

Spa area was closed due to rain - isnt that when you'd like most to spend time in the spa? Also the roof appeared to be leaking water, luckily not in our room.

Rooftop bar was great! Staff was super fun and friendly. Beautiful hotel and gardens. Location is superb, close to square, restaurants (we loved the hotel’s restaurant the best!), and locked parking a few feet down the road. Definitely recommend!

Roof top terrace was excellent Roof top astronomy tour and Francisco the astronomer was excellent, his knowledge and way to explain the celestial phenomena was beyond expectations Beds very comfy Food in restaurant was very good.

Dogs across the street were noisy barking all night.

We like the proximity to restaurants, tourism agencies, shopping. The staff was friendly, attentive Like the rooftop with Don Francisco helping with telescope
