The facilites are very good but what makes the place great is the people who work there. It is my second time staying at Aruana Eco Praia hotel. I travelled with my mom and she has restricted mobility, we stayed in a special room. Which is very good for wheelchair users. They filled all our requests with a smile in their face. They also offered some plant base “milk” in the breakfast. Although they don’t specify in the menu, they have several vegan options in the breakfast, like plantain, yams, Brazilian cuzcuz (made with corn), breads, fruits and tapioca. I really recommend this place. I cant wait to be back next year.

Excellent staff and service hotel was so clean and comfortable, if we needed anything the staff were always on hand to help, breakfast was so nice and peaceful and pool was amazing with the bar and you can just relax and watch the day go by. Would recommend the hotel and the restaurant which is attached has excellent staff and the food is world class.

The gardens and the pool are amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I traveled with my mom and she has some mobility issues and they they made everything to accommodate her needs. We loved Aruana we will definitely come back.

Just one small thing. The bathroom near the pool don’t have a handle, and my mom got stuck in the bathroom for a couple of minutes, and later on the same thing happened with my niece. I think they could add some handles in the door to make kids and people with restricted movement more independents. Apart from that everything was perfect.

Noise from building work.

Room was not as clear as I was expecting. Mainly due to COVID-19, I think bedspread and decorative bed pillows should have be changed before the new/upcoming guest arrives, but I did not feel confident about that. Floor was not clear enough either. Bed sheets were clean thought.

Ok this is a nice little pousada a bit away from Aracaju about 4km from Atalaia beach (car would make it easy) it’s a nice little hotel, rooms were not the best but the staff and facilities were really good, the restaurant on site is really worth a visit, I would say after visiting a few of the main hotels for a look this was the best value and funny enough facilities wise, we only stayed 1 night but we enjoyed the pool restaurant and would stay again

Rooms perhaps a bit dated but they were clean so no complaints , it was good value all in all
