The hotel is in a quiet location and has very good parking facilities. It is possible to park cars and motorcycles under the roof. The lobby as well as the pool area and the seating areas are spacious. Very nice swimming pool.

It's a pity that you can only sit outside during breakfast. Because the morning was very cold, less than 20° Celsius, the coffee and also the hot food got cold very quickly. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7am but some things were often not ready at 7am. The building has three floors but no elevator. However, our heavy suitcases were carried upstairs by the staff. The pillows in the bedroom were very hard.

The hotel is actually a hidden gem. Not far to walk around Buriram if you like walking as I do. Taxis / Grab are cheap if you need to go somewhere specific. The staff in ALL areas of the hotel were friendly, although most can speak English. The pool is definitely the attraction with table service from the bar.The room was clean, bed, AC works, bed comfortable, shower preasure pretty good. I never utilise the two gyms. Found it very quiet, which I liked. Definitely value for money. Would recommend staying at the hotel for accommodation.

We are regular visitors to this hotel and have posted reviews before. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms clean and comfortable and the breakfasts very good (European and Thai food). The restaurant area has a "resort" feel beside the swimming pool.

No criticisms. The location is best reached by car, being at the end of a narrow road a short walk from the city centre.

I chose this location because of the good reviews, friendly staff, lovely swimming pool, whilst staying there to visit Phanom Rung, a huge Hindu site, Khmer temple built on an extinct volcano,at 300 m high. This is the most beautiful and impressive Khmer temple in Thailand! Pink sandstone and bas relief. The hotel arranged an English speaking driver to take us to the border at O Smash, and he also employs a very competent, friendly woman driver to do the local excursions. The pool is a good size and immaculately clean, very welcome. Extremely good value, and Ion at the desk will help you plenty, with a great standard of English. Ask for a room at the back: fun countryside view over a lotus canal and a geese farm.

Breakfast was a little basic. Not much to do anything there. Dinner is fairly basic but they bring dishes from surrounding restaurant for you to have near the pool: relaxed and quiet.

Rooms are modern and clean. Hotel have a nice and big pool, as well as 2 Gym. One with cardio equipment and another one with weights. Breakfast is good with a sufficient choice and quality. even for foreign visitors. Stuff is very friendly at the reception and at the restaurant area

Location is not easy to find and little bit away from downtown. But if you are visiting with a car there is no problem at all

Staff were awesome and the location was great. The hotel is also a very comfortable stay.

The pool was used as a public pool by the looks of it, of our nights there we were unable to get a table and have a quiet drink because of parents watching kids. This made the pool area not very peaceful nor relaxing. This detracted from our overall experience. The gym also seemed to be a public gym.

The staff were brilliant,the service by the pool and at breakfast, the breakfast was very good and plentiful, the was clean and comfortable.

The room I had back on to a field where there was animal and there was a animal smell (room 201) whenon the balcony. An elevator would have been nice because as an elderly man carrying my bags up and down the stairs can be an issue.

First room A/C didn't cool. We changed rooms and again A/C not work- had to change rooms and pick up our stuff again By this time it was already night and the 3rd A/C worked wonderfully. The staff was very patient and kind

The hotel was very good , unfortunately the weather wasn't . Not a lot going on around the hotel , but a bolt taxi's very reasonable, we enjoyed our week .

The TV , kept stopping and they would repair it, but then it would stop again .

Amazing staff, big smiles and ready to help you. 2 gyms locates at the pool area 1 for cardio machine and 1 for strenght. The pool is used for childrens swimming class from 4 to 5pm. I didnt mind, the kids were cute.

No elevator in the hotel, be adviced if you have a problem with walking. There is a small step next to the reception counter to go to the staircase. They put yellow tape there, i still hit my foot 2 times there 🥲
