Love the brand

At arrival they told us we cannot buy candy with my card. Next day at check out they let my husband to buy them with a card. On Friday night dinner time took too much time because they were two servers for the whole floor. And I wasn’t able to use google cast like in toreo BCS the TV doesn’t have that choice. Bummer. The shower has a lot of clogging in the water holes so they were a short amount of water.

A hotel I have booked a lot of times and will always book again if the quality stays the same! Always good breakfast but on Sunday especially great with all mexican classics (Menudo, Barbacoa, Carnitas, Cochinita!

The check in is via digital terminal and support of staff. After many stays one would expect an free upgrade once in a while without asking.

The place was spotless and the room had an amazing view. It is next to a mall, which is very convenient. Breakfast was included. The room was renovated and quite comfortable. It's only minutes away from most important places in Tlalnepantla.

They took 1 hour to prepare our breakfast at the restaurant. The cleaner entered our room at 9 am asking if we wanted to have the room cleaned (which was a bit uncomfortable). They forgot to include drinking water in our room, so we called the reception and it took them 45 minutes to bring a water bottle.

The water pressure of shower is really really small and there is only one shower head is not really good for travelers with kids.
