Very pleasant room with comfortable bed and a spacious shower room which was well appointed. Quirky decoration in the lobby. Interesting rooms and alcoves around the hotel. Lovely indoor pool and even lovelier outdoor pool. Swimming before breakfast with the birdsong overhead was memorable. Very conveniently placed on our road trip journey. Excellent food and wine in the restaurant. Lovely terrace for breakfast and one of the best breakfast menus on our holiday. Really friendly receptionist who welcomed us and explained everything we needed to know about the hotel and the local area.

SPA was not the best experience: - People go in the sauna with bathing suit (no-go for me, there should be a ban warning on the sauna door); - Sauna supposed to work at 90C was running instead at 55/60C (thermometer confirmed that); - SPA closed earlier at 22.45 with people inside (almost all lights were switched off making it hard to walk out on the slippery floor).

The restaurant and pizzeria, the Saunas, the large modern rooms. Great hiking start point to beautiful Merano and Naturno. The Family/owner run and friendly staff… clean.

The soft mattress

Wisteria in bloom was gorgeous to see in April. Lay out of hotel was beautiful. Location ideal. Ample parking. Amazing morning buffet. Very helpful and friendly staff. Highly El recommend. Love the terraced sitting area attached to the room.

The breakfast was amazing. Such a large variety. You can tell the hotel is run with a lot of care and heart.

A beautiful hotel which is just off the main road, meaning it was easy to get to and from the surrounding areas. The spa was lovely, we got a massage and facial and we were able to use the spa facilities during our stay. Tea and healthy snacks were available to us and it was set in beautiful surroundings. The room was clean and comfortable and the restaurant on site also served really delicious food. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The window in our room had a really big crack through it and the staff did little to help.

Excellent price-quality, the breakfast was suberb (included also lots of fruits and healthy stuff). There is a washing machine for hotel guests to use, which is a huge plus if you are on a longer holiday trip and doing a lot of hiking.

Friendly staff, clean, good facilities, sauna and pool were really nice, great breakfast. The restaurant for dinner is very good, too!
