Enough number of beds and rooms for a big group like 9 pax which is rare to find. Very nice view from the balcony. 5 mins to walk to 7 Eleven. Specious living room. Amazing infinity pool with the nature view. The flexible owner allowed us to stay one hour longer than check out time. Also arranged to let us drop our luggage in the unit before checking in which was really helpful. Not super central but just 2km away is still okay. Liked the accommodation

Only one negative feedback is the TV remote did not work properly so we are not able to watch TV. Even though the owner send the staff to the unit after we raised the issue and tried to replace it to the new one, eventually this wasn’t resolved.

I love the infinity pool best. room with great unblocked scenic view of mountains and hills in the background the apartment was quiet, spacious, airy and brightly lit. the check in and out procedures were smooth without any hiccups appreciate the speedy response of property staff on my queries. Great service

the toilets were not thoroughly cleaned as there were yellow stains on lower tiles. noticed some dirt on the fan blades. though we did not cook, the kitchen should have more utensils on pots and pans, water jars and containers

The property is about 3 minutes to Pelita, downstairs, a local franchise that serves reasonably priced food and drinks. This point was missing in most reviews. It is a plus point. There is also a Xinjiang Chinese cuisine restaurant across the road which opens later. The property is close to the airport and train station. That was a breeze. In any case the approximate distances between the property and sights in the city is about 6 to 10 ringgit Grab ride.

The host should remind guests to bring cutlery. Luckily I always carry a teaspoon and knife in my travel bag. However, there are at least 2 to 3, 24 hour shops a 7_11, a KK Mart and another, within walking distance. You can always pop down to pick up something you need.

I upgraded from a 2-bedroom to a 3-bedroom after seeing the 2-bedroom that I had booked (paying extra of course). The 2-bedroom was a little tight in space and had only one bathroom. Host was very accommodating and arranged the upgrade on the spot. The 3-bedroom unit was far better. The horizon pool was very nice boasting great views. Security was also very good throughout the entire apartment complex.

Super, Super tight driveway ramps. Be super careful around all the corners if you don’t want to scratch your car.

Veryy clean and very aesthetic place to stay. Every basic necessities provided by the host(fridge,air fryer, microwave, good set plates,spooon and cups, iron board, steam iron, even umbrella, shampoo and bath gel). All rooms got aircond and fan. Living room also got aircond and fan. Sooo worth it to come with family. The instruction of checking in is easy. Got a little bit problem with the tv. But the host handle it very nicely. Definitely would recommend this stay to my friend and families Didnt get to explore the swimming pool.

We drove so location is not a problem for us. Parking is safe and it’s a short drive to basically everywhere. The beds are firm and nice. And we do appreciate the hot and cold water dispenser, saved us lots of time boiling water. There was not enough blankets initially but it was given to us promptly after a call. Thank you so much!

They should have replaced the sponge for dish washing, it was totally worn out and unhygienic. A new set of mugs of same size would be appreciated too.

Spotless, spacious and cozy. Parking lot located in Level 1 is super convenient. Fast response from owner Ken. Great location.

Should there be a ceiling fan for dining area will be perfect. AC at master bedroom and living hall are less powerful, maybe due to the hot and humidity during this period in Ipoh.

Rooftop pool was fab! Room was generally very clean. Felt spacious and comfortable.

Some food marks on kitchen wall let it down a little as the rest of the place was very clean. Advertised with balcony, but this was false. Needs more kitchen mugs, cutlery and plates as not enough for a family of four.

Location was central enough to go to different sights around Ipoh. Swimming pool was excellent. View from apartment was pretty & place feels very quiet & calm.

Kitchen area could do with a more thorough cleaning - dust on shelf, washing sponge moldy & sink a bit grouty

overall, the suite was clean & good; host attended to all requests expeditiously.

1.car park too much right-angles making it difficult to turn the corners at each level for big vehicles. 2.cleaner didn't check flush system in common toilet where the suction was not working well. 3. TV no programmes, need to sign in own.
