Breakfast was great, lots of choice and hot selection changed each day. The rooms were very spacious and modern, with comfortable beds. We were on floor 16 and had an amazing view over malatya. Hotel was well situated next to a mall and market. The additional services for laundry were very reasonably priced.

The pool was not mixed gender, so could not swim at the same time as my partner but I understand this is due to the religion and custom of the area.

This is an excellent hotel, well located, with excellent facilities including a very nice gym, indoor swimming pool, which was nice to have on a rainy day, sauna, hammam. The room was confortable, with good light, clean and spacious. Breakfast was really good.

nothing to say really. Maybe a suggestion for the hotel :) perhapsl you should not charge the guests for the mandatory head caps for the swimming pool or the towels. The room fee is high enough to cover for that I would tend to think....

The hotel is among the few that have not been damaged by the earthquake as it was really constructed by top standards. The location is convenient, close to the new business area where many of the old town businesses have relocated. The breakfast is exquisite and a very good restaurant on top of the hotel provides for some good dining options. The staff is friendly and hospitable, but it's useful to have your mobile interpretation app ready.

They scheduled a taxi transfer to the airport for me but the guy was late and still refused to give me back the change.

Great hotel in perfect location, helpful staff, big rooms with fantastic view. Ample covered parking, also for vans.

Shower was a bit tricky to handle and there was a bit of mould in it. Great breakfast buffet, however muesli and yoghurt portions far too big. I wish they had smaller portions which would allow to try more options.

But unfortunately the carpets in the room had a noticeable smell, which made the stay less comfortable. The towels also seemed quite old and could use an update. With a few improvements, this hotel could offer a much better experience

One of the best hotel i ever been. I really highly recommend . Everything was perfect room, very clean comfortable, fruits for welcome guests, coffee, tea and water for free , very kind and helpful staff. You will get treated very well ! Location is perfect, shopping center next to the hotel, also cafeteria and restaurants if u wanna get walk and get some drinks outside.

Very modern big nice hotel with helpful personnel, nice spa. Good parking slot.

When we came to Spa in the morning all saunas were cold, so we couldn't go inside. Swimming pool also had quite low temperature, so we spent totally in SPA only 30 min. Restaurant on the upper floor was very expensive. Generally we consider that the hotel is overpriced.

Rooms are big, AC works well , everything is very clean and tidy. Breakfast was ok nothing special but more or less everyone can find something. Could be more meat, but i guess thats ok anyway. Fruits were very good as well as tea and coffee. I was surprised if you want scrambled eggs you should ask cook to make them for you. you should definitely visit 18th floor terrace restaurant

Hotel has no bar and no alcohol in it at all. Spa zone wasn't that big and wasn't that much of a variety.

Would of been nice to have a beer or wine on roof terrace but we acquired a taste for watermelon ice tea instead. There is a supermarket which sells alcohol in shopping centre next door, and all rooms have a fridge.

The wellness section was great. The hammam massage is a must! The breakfast table had wide variety and good quality food. Fresh nuts and honeycomb honey were very tasty. The Staff was kind and helpful.

In the wellness/ sauna / changing room there was no English signs just Turkish.
