Forte dei Marme is one of my new favorite places and A Due Passi is a perfect way to see it! While there are many luxury hotels in Forte dei Marme, save your money to spend at it's luxury shops! I am so glad we stayed at A Due Passi as it allowed my son and me to have our own rooms with it's affordability. The host family is so sweet, accommodating and available...multi-generational and true locals as the home has been in the family for generations. Breakfast was amazing...fresh, not just pastries but eggs, pancakes, fruit...one of the best breakfast offerings we had our entire 3 week trip around Italy. We biked everywhere and having the use of their bikes was nice (they are a little old, but do the job!) It is close to everything, and Elisabeth assisted us with reservations for dinner and was available for all our questions and requests...very attentive! I loved coming back from a morning walk to my room cleaned and the windows wide open with the cool air filling the room. Definitely go to the amazing luxury flea market...go early to beat the crowd as there are amazing deals and people drive in from all over to attend. I can't wait to get back for another relaxing visit and would definitely stay at A Due Passi again.

It wasn't clear there was a charge for the daily use of the property's bikes. She gave me some rental recommendations when I asked prior to our arrival but then offered theirs, so I was surprised at the end even though it was not expensive. The bikes are old and the seat on my son's bike bent in half after a day of riding. It was promptly replaced but if you were riding further I would check out renting newer bikes at one of the nearby shops.

What a lovely slice of heaven! Great accommodations, just two short blocks from the beach and a 10-15 minute walk to the city center, with a view of the mountains, too! The free breakfast was a bonus, and quite substantial. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The B&B is family-owned and they are super hosts! They even drove us to the train station for a very reasonable price. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Loved everything.

Claudio and Daniela were amazing! Their bed and breakfast was a few minute walk from the sea where we were able to view an amazing sunset. Breakfast was delicious and abundant. One of the ways they showed exceptional hospitality was when my husband asked if they had any oatmeal, by chance. Daniela took the time to purchase oatmeal and the next morning, she included it on the breakfast offerings! She went out of her way to ensure all of our needs were met! Daniela and Claudio were also a wealth of information on things to do and places to go. We visited the outdoor market, beautiful beach area and took a day trip to Monterosso al mare per their suggestion.

The city of Forte dei Marmi is a great destination spot! The property is within walking distance of ao many great stops - shopping, beach, and more !

Family run B&B, very friendly and helpful people. Location is AAA, just a few blocks away from the beach and walking distance to Forte Dei Marmi town. Good value for money during peak season. Bicycles for rent at the premises. Large and spacious room with some amenities for home cooking.

Breakfast was delicious with home made cakes, freshly scrambled eggs in a lovely quiet setting. Easy walking distance to town and 2 blocks from the beach. Owner were exceptionally nice and offered car service when we needed it.

Everything was wonderful.

Everything was perfect. From the beautiful big room, through delicious breakfast and coffee to the bicycle I've been given to make a tour around the town. Really an exceptional place with lovely owners and unique atmosphere.

I loved Due Passi, it was the authentic kind of accommodations that I love to find in Italy. Very family style, welcoming, personal clean, etc. Daniella and her husband were wonderful and so accommodating. I absolutely love staying there and will do so again I highly recommend.!

A Due Passi is two short blocks from a huge beach. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the breakfast was fantastic.

It’s hard to say there was something I didn’t like. If you want to be closer to the beach you’ll have to pay a lot more and I doubt you’ll find a better value. Brush up on your Italian and it will help you enjoy your stay!
