Every aspect of this hotel exceeded expectations. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and informative. Traveling in India is a bit challenging. Every one of my needs was addressed immediately, from the hair dryer not working to arranging a driver for a few trips in Chennai. I loved the live music at 7 am in the lobby to serenade our breakfast, an absolute feast. A special thank you to the staff: Libika, Roshini, Akash, Praveen, Selvin, Sanjay, Sinnan, and the excellent guide and driver, Jay Kumar.

There was not one thing I did not like. People will always remember how you made them feel .

Very nice staff, very helpful. I liked they were ironing for you. They helped in all the aspects. Very good food, loved it - tasty breakfast. 2min from a mall, we used it a lot. The lobby looks very new

Rooms we stayed in seem old - looking at the things in. We had 2 rooms 1st room - some glasses were not clean 2nd room - first we got a smoking room, so we imediatelly changed to a non smoking one - it was great that very helpful bell boy propised it, but the smell was strange and bath door were not closing, so we changed again. I would still chose that hotel as location is good, it was relatively cheap, and in the end was good. For this hotel i would still give a 9

The cleaning standard is very low, the cleaners are hard workers but they’ve needs to be trained how to clean and maintanace which needs few weeks proper training to make the hotel looks new.

After my journey, I wanted a comfortable and welcoming place to unwind, and GreenPark provided just that. This is a beautiful hotel in the city, served by an excellent staff’s. The rooms are well-appointed, equipped with good facilities, and feature air-conditioning. The staff is always willing to help and ensures customer satisfaction. Both the pool and gym are easily accessible. The bed is a comfortable queen size, and any request is attended to immediately. The breakfast was good, though not particularly exciting. However, the food overall was tasty. I’d particularly like to thank Selvin and Libika for their excellent service. I hope to be back soon.

Very good breakfast. Perfect location in the middle of the city

Being a regular customer, i requested for an early check-in (about an hour before the regular check -in time as i just visited the hotel immediately after landing from Dubai. I was expecting the room to be allotted immediately as it was ready. Instead, i was asked to pay for 50% of a day's tariff or wait for 1 hour . I took the 2nd option & had to wait for an hour although the room was available. This attitude of the staff disappointed me.

The hospitality services provided by the staff, particularly Praveen, Libika from reception and Sasikala and Anand from Housekeeping, truly made my stay comfortable and memorable. Their exceptional service and warm smiles made me feel right at home. The hotel's central location in Chennai allowed for easy travel to nearby places, making it an ideal choice for exploring the city. One of the highlights of my stay was the live flute music in the morning - it was so peaceful to hear. Breakfast buffet was too good

The location. Close to the metro station, shopping mall, and Japanese restaurant adjacent to this hotel. Facilities. Not only having enough facilities but also their detailed maintanance. I have stayed many hotels in Chennai from 1 star to 5 star hotels. According to the number of facilities usually the criteria of hotel stars are categorised but maintanance for cleaness, staff at the gym, swiming pool, spa etc are really telling how hard they manage hotel and cleary be seen through all reviews.

Check out time was indicated 12pm. so I used the room till the time. At 11:30am they called up. As I busy getting packing, I could not answer the call. Then they actually came to my room nocking on the door and asking what time I intend to check out. I know it is hard to make guests "hurry" to check out but I felt uncomfortable being hurried up and being made sure I check out on time.

“The staff was great. The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions. The room was clean, and the room service was great and the food taste could be better and Roshini ,Gowtham were very much helpful and there served welcome drink cold towels and check in was very quick with full details and guided us to room , and check out time also was Aldo very fast and bell boys both very kind and sweet of them.... Duty Manager lady was also very kind and sweet for her Special Thanks ... You can visit this hotel for thus people itself ..

Food taste can be better..

The receptionist Ms. Roshni was extremely helpful and welcoming. She went out of her way to be extremely kind to a very weary traveller. Would highly recommend a stay. On top of all first class hotel receptionist, Ms. Roshni. She made me feel that my experience at the hotel was personally important to her. I think she deserves most of the credit over all the other staff. The breakfast was good as well and the public areas are relaxing and serviced by an attentive team of staff. Thanks
