We were not sure at first with all the antique collections we would like it, but we gave it a try and have no regrets. Everything was supper clean and it was interesting to investigate every little detail. The pool and all the amenities are great for kids and a very tranquil. Staff, specifically the manager was awesome.

This is a Finca in Colombia and like most real Fincas it’s off the main roads. Not really a dislike, but more of a warning.

The cleanliness, the facilities in general are in really good condition for being a country house!

Beautiful house, beautiful place. Big facilities gives you privacy. Excellent service, really nice staff. Very good food. I would definitely come back! Good location if you plan to visit Parque del Cafe.

The road to get to the hotel is somewhat rough. About 5 minutes of unpaved road. Taking this into account, they could offer a variety of drinks and meals. No A/C on rooms, though the weather is not too hot.

The property is beautiful and the staff is very friendly.

It should have more variety of food to cater international guests.

Beautiful, isolated and peaceful hotel, perfect for resting and relaxing in nature. Excellent service, and facilities despite it's secluded location. They do make you feel like home.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Daniel who was always making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. It's a nice quiet place to relax with friends and family, the pool was enjoyable, and the property is beautiful.

The Administration and staff was very nice and very cooperative with our needs.

This place has a morbid, depressing feel to it. It was almost empty and felt like a ghost town. The woman who serves the meals had a very negative attitude, like she would rather be anywhere but there. Our room was hot and cramped. The bed was small and hard. The water is "not for human consumption" according to their own signs, yet they offer no choices for water except for a small vat available only at meals. So after 9pm it was impossible to get drinkable water as there is no store or anything. How can you not offer safe drinkable water to your guests when you are in such a remote location? Incredible really. We were both sick for 2 days after we left, possibly from using the tap water to brush our teeth? Extremely disappointed. We had to cut short our stay to just one night it was so uncomfortable.
